This electric range was one of 6 appliances that l bought in l week from Best Buy. The range is very easy to work with. I have had a good experiene with it. I wish l could say the same for the dishwasher which was broke when taken out of carton, the refrigerator that the doors do not line up, or the stackable dryer that l waited a month = 4 appointments that NO one showed up to take care of Needless to say, l will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Your service sucks!!!!!

Received out-of-box Samsun 5.9 cu ft Freestanding Electric Range with self-cleaning- Stainless steel. Delivery on time. Hooked up checked if working. Like the front burners can be small or large. Have used middle back burner to keep dinner warm-good feature. Taking some time to get used to glass top stays warm longer than old coil type range. Taking time to remember to start over after setting temperature. Matches my other Stainless steel/black appliances.

Great budget oven that heats fast and is easy to clean. Comparatively, it allows for a deep heating compartment as well.

So far the best purchase I have made so far!! It’s very easy to use, and fast in the heating process!

We had an electric sears range for 19 years. It had been awhile since we cleaned the oven and looked at the sales on Best Buy. We plan to put our house up for sale next year so we decided to purchase a new range and we love the Samsung. I live with a gourmet cook and she thinks it's super great to cook on. The young guys who delivered were great and did a great job in removing the old range with the new one.

Would rate 4.5, wasnt option. So far good with a few side points. Oven is definitely made with thinner material. When dogs bark echoes through it. Also when using the oven, the stovetop gets extremely hot. I know I know it's an oven but if you had anything on top it would cause an issue. To me seems less insulated. Also not a fan of the blue light display. Good points: looks nice, cleans pretty well, and cooks the food.

Love my new stove. It looks and works great. It is just what I was looking for.

Easy to use and looks great! I would recommend this to anyone needing an electric range.

The first time my wife went to bake cookies we kept noticing the oven would have a slight click indicating that the element was coming on to heat up. We were shocked because the old unit we had would only cycle back on after about 5 mins... This thing cycles back on much faster if needed. It holds temperature vigorously and evenly. The cookies were all surprisingly uniform on the cook top and bottom.

It cooks very well. However, the glass stove top heat indicator lights appear to activate or do nothing randomly. This is not safe. On the positive side, when I contacted customer service both Best Buy and Samsung leapt to deal with the issue when I contacted them. Someone comes out tomorrow to address the problem. So, ultimately, I am a happy customer who understands sometimes things happen.
