    The display is pretty good. However, sometimes the remote seems to get stuck and not work. One time, the display also froze when I used the USB. It recovered after I power cycled it.

    for some reason it jerks with some of the shoes on tv. not so much my soap but nightly shows. ive called and cant seem to get problem fixed and they say its hooked up right.

    Samsung = Bad Wifi

    The saving grace was that the BestBuy employees spent hours helping find a replacement from another company that worked but the internal wifi on the TV couldn't stay connected. When I checked other reviews I found hundreds of other people with the same problem. Samsung makes bad wifi in TVs. It's either faulty equipment, faulty assembly or bad design location of the internal antennae. The wifi also doesn't accept hidden ID networks. If you imagine half the people don't even connect the TV to wifi or assume it's their own network it would appear that something like 75-80% of Samsung smart TVs have bad wifi when half the negative reviews are all wifi issues. It also took 9 hours to download the apps which aren't included out of the box for the smart tv and had tons of forced apps I couldn't remove like west kennel dog club app. Be careful if you have limited data just setting up the apps will download 5-10 Gb of data

    With the first TV that I bought, I had my picture go out on half of the TV. so I called Best Buy and they told me it was a defect to bring it back. so I did and I exchanged it for the same exact TV and brought it home. I'm currently now experiencing problems with the picture going light and dark even when I hook it up to my Blu-ray and watch movies. it's doing the same thing even when connected to the blue ray.

    Features wise I think it's a good deal, but hardware it's extremely weak It stoped working after 2 weeks :-(

    Dont ever buy open box merchandise online from BB. Sadly didnt get to enjoy the Samsung tv at all. Lesson learned. I even chose/paid for "excellent condition " option. We were sent a "refurbished/wifi chip missing" item without a power cord. It was even tagged that in 2 places. It obviously had been pried apart. Rough exchange at the local best buy. Entire experience made me sad as i do tons of business with BB. Im counting on this being a one time interaction. Fortunately, the sales associate working tvs at the local BB the day of our return saved the day with his amazing patience and attentiveness. Please note:our local BB is a 1hour drive away. I cant thank him enough for making our trip worth it.
