My only dissapointment and its minor is the logic of the TV settings to connect with my streaming services, we seem to have to reset the TV often to view said streaming channel. It may be user error and to be quite honest if that is the only issue I will have with this unit, that is perfectly fine with me. I love this TV

Has a few quirks in screen while watching.

I ordered TV and it got delivered damaged with crack going down the whole back of TV. Than I called about it and had another TV sent and again it has a crack over in area of USB ports. I’ve been trying to reach anyone at BestBuy to let them know second delivery was botched as well. I want either a new and better model of atleast one TV delivered that isn’t cracked and works properly. Again I have 2 broken TV’s but second works thank god cause the main reason I ordered delivery is our countries situation right now and my old TV was going and has since. Please help me with this situation. Thank You, Lance Eldredge
