Easy set up, and a great picture! I picked up this TV from Best Buy for my Father. Unboxed it and set it up in a few minutes. Connected to the internet by using my phone as a wifi hotspot, and had my Father watching You Tube videos. It was a blast!

This TV is great for how low it costs. Picture and streaming are good. It is easy to set up and use. We have only had one instance where the connection to wifi had to be reset, but that may have been the router, not the TV. Sound is ok, would be better with either a sound bar or surround sound system.

Wanted to get my wife a Smart TV for her Mom Cave. We have a 65 inch Samsung Smart so I wanted to get another Samsung for her. This TV was easy to set up and easy to log in for the streaming services such as Netflix, Apple TV+, Hulu, etc.... Picture is excellent. So far she is very happy with this TV.

This has been a great TV to own. The picture is fabulous and the controls to complete any in home adjustments couldn't be easier. The sound is good but I preferred to add a sound bar. The TV itself was very easy to install as the connections and instruction booklet were easy to understand.

We had purchased the 85 inch and the 65 inch for other rooms in her house and so getting this one for our gym was a no brainer. The picture and the functionality is absolutely amazing! It’s like a TV and a computer all in one, but much more. Super easy to set up even for the technical novice.

Best Buy was having a big sale and got this tv for my man cave (garage). Very light and easy to walk mount. The picture is amazing and the Samsung free tv is a big plus. The sound is good too. Mirroring my phone to the tv is really easy. No complaints, all has been working great.

I am owned a Plasma Samsung and loved it, but as is with technology, upgrades. My Plasma still works and is used. Thus to go to this UHD TV was a great move and with the great quality of my Plasma, I knew I was getting great quality here. Easy to set up and to use.

Easy to install, it literally took 5 minutes with some help from my kids. It was really nice to watch our shows on the big screen. It is also great for playing Wii, when sometimes you need to split the screen between the players. Hope it will last. No problems so far:)

This is a nice tv. It was easy to set up, and took very little time to get it up and running. Has most of the apps that I regularly use, and it was easy to install the ones that were not already on the home screen. Not a tv connoisseur, but it has a good picture.

Great picture, sound good, easy set up and excellent price. Purchased to replace old LCD (finally died) in bedroom. Excellent streaming with high speed internet connection. Great for bedroom or spare TV room. Best picture is viewed when on center of TV, but fades/washes out as you move side to side or 45 degrees from center. Normal for this class of TV's.

Excellent TV for the money. Purchased for our exercise room and had previous purchased the TCL at a similar price point but it was terrible. Exchanged for this TV and couldn’t be happier. Smart features work well and picture is outstanding considering the price.

My old TV was a 32" Dynex, so it was time for an upgrade! I was indecisive between this and the 50" TCL TVs that Best Buy sells, but the Samsung name eventually won out. Likes: super nice picture, easy to set up. You also get like 150 channels of "free TV" with Samsung's TV Plus, which was interesting - it's like streaming-only channels or something like that, but you have a lot of news channels. I also synced it with my Alexa (Echo Dot) and I can tell it to pause or play (within apps, like Hulu), or turn off the TV. Dislikes: only 2 HDMI ports, so I had to buy an HDMI splitter, because I have my cable input (Comcast), my Chromecast, and my Blu-ray player. The interface is okay - people have said they like the TCL interface better because the apps are larger. The remote makes it very easy to navigate though. All in all, I have owned this TV about 2 weeks now and I would recommend it. We did curbside pickup which was easy-ish, although the Best Buy employee realized the TV wouldn't fit in my trunk and then left us to deal with it ... thankfully, it fit in the backseat of my Accord.

(not a tv techie) - I cut the cord with this SMART TV. Consolidating all of my separate services (Prime, Roku, FireTV, etc) through the TV application - SO MUCH BETTER The set took a while because you have to log in / register all of your different applications, download apps, scan antennae, etc. I did have to call Samsung in the process which added another 35 min wait. But it is down and the only issue I have had is the screen sizing - but not sure that is not a problem with antennae? I do recommend some type of voice command remote because the samsung remote is small and cumbersome when have to type a lot of information. The phone app remote is good typing is the problem - Samsung needs to work on that (or I need to figure out how they deal with it). CONS The picture is beautiful as long as you sit in directly in front of the device because it does not have a wide viewing angle. This is your heads up - do not buy the less expensive TVs because they do not offer that feature. I did not know what I did not know - NO, I did not return for a better/more expensive TV because it was not worth the hassle to return (repackaging everything, fighting traffic, etc.)

Bought this TV as a Christmas gift for my Mom. She is sight impaired and this is just what she needed!! Picture is bright and clear almost feels like you are there!! Easy to operate which was one of the main reasons I originally bought this particular TV. Liked it so much bought another one for my family!

I was replacing my TV in the living room which has many windows making picture quality paramount. I took two other brands home that cost $100 more and they did not have the picture quality of the Samsung. The colors and clarity are superb.

The picture is pretty clear and the sound is good The quality is really good was better than I expected for the price and it is easy to set-up the the features are great tips samsung product is pretty good for the money and for Entertainment I would recommend thos product to anyone you won't be disappointed

Bought this to replace an Insignia Fire TV that stopped working after less than 2 years. That was very disappointing. Purchased this Samsung & an extra warranty because I have more confidence in Samsung. Wonderful picture & easy to set up. So far so good!

Great television for the price, which was truly inexpensive. Even though it's a 65", it was pretty easy to hang on the wall beause it's so slim and lightweight. Easy setup for the smart features, and some controls can be sent to a smart phone if you want to do that.

Set up was super easy. I have an android and was able to set the TV up by phone without any problems. Picture is very clear and vivid. My daughter immediately noticed the picture clarity. If you have had a smart tv before, the apps are the same process.
