We found the perfect TV based on our Consumer Report review at Best Buy and was able to order it online about 8am in the morning for curbside pick up. It was ready for pick up at 9:00am. It was loaded in the car and I was on my way. The TV was easy to set up and was a great upgrade from our old one. All the Smart systems walked us through the setup process, grabbed the internet connection and picked up all the optional packages such as Netflix, Disney, etc. The picture and sound is great (no sound bar). It was a great experience from Best Buy purchase to Samsung set up.

I’ve been a SmartThings owner for a long time and was thrilled to get a Samsung TV with SmartThings. After the initial setup (which took a little time but had very few problems), I was able to set routines with the TV. I also love that it is one of the few smart TVs on the market with an embedded appleTV app. (That saved me $150 there and I was able to get all of my apple movies). I was also surprised that the minute I connected to WiFi It started playing Samsung’s TV app for free. I didn’t have any TV signal or cable connected. The picture is great and the output to the sound bar works great.

This tv is great in the family room . the color is wonderful and the size is so easy to see. the whole family enjoys it, including the dog!!

Perfect size for my smaller man-cave. Nice clear picture, especially for sports. Just wish volume was a bit louder, depending on the program seems very low.

Bought this for my mom and she is super fussy. She loves it!. The picture quality is amazing, super easy set up and easy to use. Highly recommend it.
