Been using this TV without issue. Easy to use with a menu system that’s quick to setup and the streaming apps are easy to get to. Clarity and picture are great.

The picture is great from any point in the room. Just have to account for glare from light sources. Moving around and using/adding apps is pretty user friendly.

I love the color and size. plus it synched to my phone and provided me with so many extra channels I didnt anticipate.

I purchased this when my bedroom tv failed. I was looking for an affordable tv for a room we dont spent a lot of time watching tv in. This tv is comparable to my $1200 Samsung tv in my living room. Awesome picture and best sound i have heard on a flat panel tv when you set the sound to optimized. The smart portion of this tv doesn't work as good as my Q6 Samsung but i don't really use it much for that. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to spend a fortune on a tv.

Excellent picture! Easy setup! Got it for a great price! Setting up the 90 day free trial of Apple+ TV was a little annoying. But not the TV fault! Hoping for many years of use!

Bought this TV and wasn't sure if I would like it. As it turns out the TV is working beautifully. Very easy to set up, instructions were very clear. The picture and sound are good.

This is a good TV. I needed a TV so I looked for the ones on Sale. I found this good TV on sale so I bought the TV. When I got the on sale good TV hooked up it had a really good pretty color picture on it. Before this TV I only had black and white pictures so it was really nice to get a good TV on sale. I never buy anything unless it is on sale at a really reduced good price. Thank you TV for all your good color pictures and the good entertainment you have brought to this home. You all need to buy one. Thank You.

I really enjoy this TV but not even a month after having it a small vertical line almost in the middle of the TV appeared. I purchased the Geek squad protection plan, so I thought everything was going to be okay. Called the store and they transferred me directly to the geek squad which they never answered ( I stayed on the phone for 25 minutes). Called the Geek squad 800# later and finally got someone on the phone of which they gave me an appointment the following week. Thinking that it is a new TV and with the purchase of the protection plan I called the store again and they would just exchange it, but no, the store person wouldn't even let me speak to the manager. So I waited for the geek tech. and he was fantastic, but said he would have to order a part and it would take 2 1/2 weeks to come in and they may not be able to fix it when the part even comes in because of the virus pandemic. So now I have just been waiting till hopefully they can get back to working.

I am so excited about this purchase! This television was easy to set up and have great quality. It is just right for my living room! I would highly recommend!

This tv is awesome! It does things that my really expensive tv does not do! For the price, this is a real bargain! Actually bought one for my friend also!

It has good picture, i like the built in apps. The only issue is that sometimes it says its not connected to internet when I know for a fact that my other smart TV is working perfectly on the wifi.

TV is awesome! Setup was easy and the quality is good. Had to change the sound settings in the menu so you can hear it. The default setting is too low.
