Great Device

It worked flawlessly. The sound was more than enough for the trade show area. The picture was bright and crisp. I want a few for my own home.

Great Budget TV

Please know you are not buying a top of the line tv that will have amazing blacks. This has great color and clarity and the new UI is a welcome change. Historically, Samsung has been one of my least favorite smart tv platforms, but it is definitely an improvement. The addition of Samsung TV live tv is nice.

My grandson loves it!

His siblings also love it. Thanks we all love it, especially my grandson!

Good budget friendly television

After the sales closed, I brought them home. I was amazed at the difference a newer model actually makes. We replaced an older but larger televion with this one and haven't been sorry. I would buy it again.

Not what I expected from Samsung

Spoke with geek squad they advised me to plug it out for 20 seconds plug it back in and turn it on with the remote. That worked it came on only problem is every time I turn it off this is what I have to do to turn it on smh. Also, sometimes the volume doesn’t work when I turn it on. I bought this tv specifically because of Covid 19 didn’t want to be stuck at home with my kids and not have a tv, but this tv sucks. I’m just waiting for all of this to blow over God willing so I can’t exchange it for something else. And it wasn’t an open box item either it’s brand new straight out the box! I’m very unhappy with it.
