This time we decided to purchase one from Best Buy and we are noticing a slight defect in this TV, amazes me because we never had this problem with any of our other Samsung's due to the fact we love the brand and refuse to buy any other brand. Unfortunately we can't return the TV because we don't have the box to it. The volume goes out and we have to unplug the TV and then plug it back, sometimes the tv won't turn on by using either remote, and then again we have to unplug it from the wall and plug it back up. Highly disappointed with Samsung and the fact we are stick with this TV.
