    Good resolution but worst wireless connection

    Like all the Samsung TVs, the resolution on this one is good and specially 4k, but I have recurrent issues with the wireless connection where I need to reset it almost daily,and when you rely on your internet connection to use the TV, is really annoying.

    Great tv but the wifi cuts out too often. Netflix is always interrupted.

    This model doesn't support 5GHz wifi. If I knew before, I would have purchased a cheaper brand (SHARP/TCL/HITACHI/PHILIPS) or even a non-smart TV and used a ROKU with that, since ROKU supports wifi 5GHz. That way I would have easily avoided Samsung's bloatware that I don't require and occupies tons of space in TV's memory.

    The price was ok. The product arrived when they said it would, which was impressive since I live in Alaska. It's a decent 4K tv. It has the beginnings of great ideas, but it does not receive the WiFi upon being mirrored off the Samsung g7 active fast enough to even use the function so why put it on there. Other than that I like the tv thanks Best Buy

    Image display is pretty sharp. Only problem I had was that for some reason it would lose the wifi connection. Even though there wasn't a problem with the wifi it couldn't find the router so I would have to restart my router every time. It occurred around 3 to 4 times and it stopped since. I don't see it as a big problem since it did stop so still recommend it.

    First the sound will go out and I have to change channels to get it back. Now, the screen has gone black with no picture. I'm having trouble connecting to the WIFI even though there aren't any issues with my phone or laptop.

    The tv keeps losing connection from my WiFi network. I know that it's the tv as my phone and computers will remain to be connected even when the tv goes out. The size is nice and it looks appealing mounted on my wall.

      Your router location and distance from the TV are important considerations -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve connection.     All we needed for use with our Tivo. Disappointed that the built in wireless adapter only worked on 2.4ghz. Dark ages and unexpected.

    Like the WiFi connection and the bells and whistles w Netflix and various media options. WiFi runs slowly, the screen sometimes goes black, and difficult to navigate the controller.

    It is a good TV as expected. Very good resolution. Sometimes I turn it on, it can not connect to the wireless internet. Better to use a LAN cable.

    Purchased this TV thinking like my previous experience with Samsung that it would be a great TV but I am disappointed: 1. Apps load very slow 2. TV is super slow to respond 3. Wifi reception is terrible

    I actually bought this TV after returning another TV. The TV that I returned had HDMI/ WiFi Connection issues. As for functionality, this TV does not have any issues. Only thing that is little weird was VESA mounting holes are so deep for some reason. Other than that no complains here.

    For this price Samsung has done its best. The picture quality is great and hdr pops up really good. Great purchase except it supports only 2g wifi. Does'nt pick up the 5g wifi signal. Expect slow internet.

    Great picture

    TV is great size with little frame around actual screen. Has a great picture quality. Sound is below my standards and required sound bar. It buffers a lot when WIFI is running 90mps. Original remote is slow to respond.

    Great picture quality and very good intrgration of apps. The only issue I encountered is if the TV stays off for a while and turns on, the WiFi doesn't connect. Results in you have to restart it by holding Power button until Samsung logo comes up. Called CS and they helped disable it and issue went away. Wish we can control this from the setting

    If you want a tv that is geared toward gaming and isn't expensive. Get this tv. Couple things to be aware of though. The WiFi only supports 2.4 speeds and not 5.0. There are only 2 hdmi ports so you can't plug to many things into the back of the tv.

    Got this for my home office. It's my first 4k TV and the price was hard to pass up. One issue I have is that every couple of days, I have to reset the network settings on the TV because it won't connect to my WiFi. After resetting I have to re-select my WiFi network and re-enter my password. I tried connecting using DHCP as well as hard-coded IP address, but it still does not connect after a day or two. I have multiple devices connected to my WiFi, and this is the only device that does this. It's a nuisance, otherwise everything works just fine.
