Great picture; easy setup; easy to use menu. Ingot on sake and would purchase at normal price. Geek squad was in time; gave me a heads up of expected tome of arrival. Volume could be better- its either too loud or too low .

This TV was suggested to be a comparable TV to the Samsung TV I purchased in 2020. That TV only lasted 2 yrs. before the boards operating the TV were causing issues where Best Buy determined they would swap out that TV for the 50" Class Q60B QLED 4K Smart Tizen TV. I am happy with the picture quality, however, one of the features of the original TV I had was to be able to use the Mic w/o having to be signed up with Bixby or Alexa. I will commend the quick turnaround that Best Buy customer service provided, including the technicians they sent out to hook up the new TV. I am hoping this new TV lasts longer with no issues. A TV should last more than 2 1/2 yrs. I have had other Samsung products in the past & very happy with them. Hoping I do not get discouraged from buying future Samsung products. Fortunately, I had a Protection Plan which made it reasonable to swap out a comparable product.

This is by far is the best flatscreen TV I’ve experienced to date. It’s almost as if I can reach out and shake the characters hand. It also sold at a good price and really nice features.

I enjoy this television. The smart aspects of it alliwed me to bypass utiluzing an externak device to stream programming. All of my desired streaming apps are either pre programmed or can be downloaded. Setup was a cinch with my smart device and using the tv with the remote control is also a breeze, though it takes getting used to a bit. Its sturdy despite how the tv stands look (mine isnt mounted). The hdmi plugs are plentiful and the picture is great. The packaging included multiple screen coverings, so you wont get fingerprints on the screen during your install process. I dont have any real criticisms.

Tv works pretty good, it’s a lot quicker than our old tv. We haven’t had any issues with it and we’ve had it for almost a year. We got it delivered to our home and it arrived in perfect condition. We love that the control is rechargeable so we don’t have to use batteries for it and it lasts a long time. Ever since we got the tv we have only charged the control once and that was about two weeks ago when the tv was indicating it needed to be charged. It charged quickly too. Great tv.

We are very happy with our 50" QLED TV from Samsung. It is very easy to install all the relevant streaming services and has great picture quality.

Crisp good image quality size is good. Remote control solar charging and usb port is a plus. No more batteries

Perfect TV to be mounted in my bedroom, It's a wonderful size. Not too big. Not too small. Has a great color brightness and sound quality.

Love everything about the TV which we bought for our master bedroom. Color is great, side view is great. I also like the thinness as it sits on our dresser. I haven't tried this feature yet, but I think it's really cool that I can wirelessly connect an external device and get like old-school picture in picture on the screen. Since the dresser is around three feet high, we put the TV on the lower of the two height settings and that is perfect. I tried it on the higher up setting and it was too high.

Beautiful picture, easy to navigate. Best is the TotalTech, with the set-up and instruction, taking care of everything. What a great thing.

Such a great TV. Not that I don’t think other brands are competent TVs and give me the satisfaction I seek, but somehow I always find myself buying a Samsung TV when shopping. Great picture. Only reason for 4 stars on sound quality is because I feel every TV doesn’t supply that great of sound. I’ve always spoiled myself with soundbars and sound systems so never gave an in-depth ear to any TVs sound quality.

Solid picture, easy to connect. Remote is nice with solar and wall charging capability. Connects easy to other wireless peripherals.

This was a heartbreaker, because I really loved the picture this TV gave. Vibrant and bright, great colors. Unfortunately after about a week of use (brand new), I couldn't stand the white horizontal line that was always on screen. I believe something was wrong with the panel from manufacturing. I brought it back to Best Buy and exchanged it for the Sony X90K - which I've been extremely happy with. If it weren't for that silly white line, I'd still have this TV for sure.

Great tv. The picture is super crisp and bright. Great smart tv for the price. I always buy and back Samsung . Super thin and light.
