    Love, Love Love It! I love all things Samsung! I love how it connects with my Alexa and the ability to play games and so much more. I also love the that I don’t need batteries for my remote, it’s powered by solar.

    I bought in the store. Very nice customer service and process was easy and quick. TV is exactly what I wanted. Had them deliver and set up with my Netflix and Amazon accounts. Also attached sound bar and showed me how to access everything.

    The picture is pretty sharp. It doesn’t have the depth of my other tv. That’s what takes away from the experience, This was different from what I experienced in the store.

      We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung's Q60D TV. If the image you’re seeing doesn't meet your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to the picture settings.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

    The tv was broken and would not work out of the box. The Peoria Illinois store was very good about replacing it. They said a small percentage of tv's come like that. The salesman was very good.
