    It is probably not what Best Buy would like to see, but we went to buy a new TV and spent some time with a very knowledgeable and helpful sales associate trying to learn about the different TVs and features, etc. Our selection was not in store stock but would be delivered 4 or 5 days to our home. We paid for the TV and arranged made note of the delivery date. I think it was probably an hour after we got home and I received an email saying our order was cancelled because none were in stocked and the TV was not being continued. No options were given on potential replacement, no call from the friendly, knowledgeable sales associate. Nothing from Best Buy but the cancel order. So, ordered the same TV from Amazon and it arrived the next day.

    The Samsun TV purchased is working well so far. Not issues to date - but only have it for about one month. Love the look and easy to access other services (streaming services). Really do like that.

    This is a good quality TV despite of lots of lacking specs. However, an average user won't tell the difference. The OS is loaded with bloatware and needs some work in order to block data collection. In the end, I think it's overpriced compared to competitors.

    Pleased with the Samsung TV. Within a week of my original purchase, the same TV went on sale for $50 less than my purchase price. Best Buy promptly gave me a $50 credit - which was fair.
