I love this Tv, I love the apps , getting online at first was a challenge. I called the Samsung representative and they were pretty helpful and didn’t have to wait long. The picture quality is extremely clear. I have and always will purchase Samsung TVs. They are great quality always. Once I figured out how to get online with my apartment’s WiFi, a whole entire Tv experience was spectacular! Ease of adding apps, logging on thru your cellphone instead of typing on the screen is a huge help!

We are very happy with our purchase of the 50” Samsung TV. It replaced a 43” Plasma LG unit and because of the border on the older set being larger than the Samsung the new unit takes only a slightly larger footprint. As far as the performance of the new Samsung it is above our description. We love it! Now the negative! We contacted the Geek Squad and set an appointment for install and we’re quoted $149.00 for that service. I explained to the Geek Squad that I needed someone to help me lift the new TV and was told they would do that. Ten minuets before the arrival of the Geek Squad I was called by the installer and informed they would another fifty dollars to lift the TV on my wall. The conversation went south from that point and we canceled the service. Needless to say we will never recommend the Geek Squad to anyone!!! On another note the documentation was lacking in the description of the mounting bolts. We were told the M8 bolt was required to mount the TV, but it took three trips to the hardware store to find the correct length. The desk person at the Geek Squad said 40-41mm which was way off. We ended up with four 50mm bolts and a couple washers and lock nuts. Well our new Samsung Q50T is mounted on our bedroom wall and for us it is perfect. It was an expierence and we would rate Best Buy and Samsung top kudos with the Geek Squad being a company we could never recommend to anyone!

Good connectivity with WiFi and great picture I like this TV , very easy to set up I would rather have the remote with more buttons for easy use but this does the job. I like the Bluetooth feature, it works with Alexa and Google play.

This tv has a very realistic picture. It is easy to set up and use. It comes with a free tv app that we enjoy. Great tv for the price. This tv is no longer available nut Samsung makes great televisions.

The picture is great, especially watching 4K/8K videos, sound is not bad at all. Smart functions like apps, YouTube, Netflix amazon etc are great, easy operate, also mirror iPhone easy. Love the smart remote with the voice control, easy use and throw the Fios remote away. The blue tooth is little bit work when picking different devices. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase

I had a QLED monitor and I really enjoyed it so I decided to get a QLED TV as well for next gen video games. The color is so vibrant and it gets so bright. The blacks aren't as deep as I'd hoped but the highlights tend to cancel it out. Both warm and cool tones in scenes look incredible and the blending is so smooth. Just a heads up, it was the same with my monitor so I expected it, the color settings are just a little off when you first turn it on but its an easy fix. It could also be that QLED is capable of such a wide range of colors though.

My wife and I Love this 50" Samsung TV! Purchased it 1 month ago and we love watching movies streamed on our wireless network! It truly is a SMART TV. The colors are so vivid and clear. Thanks to Samsung and Best Buy for making this a wonderful experience!!

I went from a ROKU tv to this Samsung 55 inch curved 4k tv. This tv is amazing. The picture quality is incredible. The sound for this tv is very nice. I couldn't believe how easy the setup was, I have a Samsung smart phone and it set my TV for me. I am glad I made the change.

I have a Samsung QLED in my living area, I wanted a slightly smaller high quality set with Bluetooth capabilities to install in another area of my home. This 50” Samsung fulfilled that need. Great picture and BT and all the smart features. I purchased it at Black Friday pricing well before Thanksgiving.

We love it! So much clearer and sharper than our old tv. And it's a smart tv, which we're learning all about. The remote is easy to use and the Alexa is fun to use. The price was great!

Great tv. We have had it for just over two years and it is still going strong. Only "issue" we have is with Youtube TV streaming service... but I think it's a Youtube TV issue. Perfect picture and has even survived us moving back/forth cross country. Works great with the smart home, which is an added perk.

I like it. I have the q70 and bought this for a friend and set it up for him. I thought the picture was very close to mine. I Don’t get the 3.9 stars.

Frustrating that I cannot seem to get the Bluetooth set up. Also, the Samsung menu/app functions are a little clunky and not intuitive for me. Picture is good and stup is straightforward. Wall mounted and a hats another story...

At Black Friday's pricing ($500), I felt this was a good buy. I'm impressed with the picture quality and even the speakers are respectable for a flat panel I'd prefer a more comprehensive remote, but it is what it is. Worth it.

Great picture quality and easy to use remote control. Bluetooth allows you to use your preferred wireless earphones for privacy. Syncs perfectly with the Samsung Sound Bars and Blue Ray disc player...

Great tv for the price. Picture quality is amazing for movies, video games, etc. I have other Samsung QLED televisions and they seem to be holding up pretty well. The TV is definitely internet ready with apps and all your streaming must-haves.
