I loved this tv while it lasted. After 6 1/2 months, it developed some type of glitch where I couldn’t get it to open any apps. The Samsung people walked me through a series of steps to try to fix it several times with no success. Then they tried resetting it to factory settings and that didn’t work. They were going to send someone out to repair it but after several days I was told that there was nobody in my area to send. I had a choice of a new tv or a refund. I chose the refund. It was not an easy process. Almost 2 months later, it’s supposed to arrive today. Just so you know BEST BUY DOESN’T PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR SAMSUNG TVS. You have to deal with Samsung. I don’t know if this applies to other brands. Best Buy only sells them and makes money from them.
