Best buy delivered it on time with free delivery. Price was competitive at BestBuy vs Amazon. I used Geek Squad service to mount it on wall. The GeekSquad service was great, though pricey. I have connected roku and x-box, though roku is less useful due to web browser built-in the tv. I am using it only about a month now, but so far everything has been fine. I used my BestBuy points earned on TV purchase to help pay for wireless keyboard for the TV. The keyboard works great for the web browser, but doesn't work for other apps like YouTube etc.

Great picture and works so well with my Fire TV and Blu-Ray player. I did not give it 5 stars because it only paired with my receiver in 2.1 stereo instead of 6.1 and was done through digital optical. It did not work with rca cables.

Love love LOVE this TV. I originally went to purchase the curved Tv but was told the pros and cons and decided to go with this one. Excellent picture. Super clear and bright. Love it!

Great picture quality in any lighting and from anywhere in the room. I looked at other tvs with the same picture quality and this one is quite a bang for your buck. Highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this TV! The picture is so clear it almost looks 3D sometimes (it's not). I love the smart features and how easy it is to use. I would definitely recommend this TV!

Good tv for price. You get what you pay for not as good as high end but well worth the price and would be a upgrade from anything you have that is not UHD Picture glared should be expected but t that is true for most of new tvs

We have been enjoying our Samsung 55" Smart tv for about two months. The picture quality is great. Our old tv used a Ruku device, which is much better than Samsungs "Smart" tv. Samsung doesnt offer many useful channels for me.

He is an older man, hearing troubles, but with this TV he has zero complaints. He gets to watch his NFL games in Crystal clear HD, and the sound quality for flat screen is tremendous

4k is awesome, just like any Tv it has to be setup for best viewing. Image is a little dark from the factoring settings but look for best settings online and this will look great.

Enjoy the picture quality. First experience with a Smart TV, took awhile setting up since I am not really computer sabe but with help from friend and cable provider was able to adjust settings to get full quality of picture.

Samsung TV' are always nice, but this one takes it to another level. It was super quick to setup even when adding a Samsung sound bar. Connection to Direct TV was a breeze also.

This is a great buy for the price. The TV has a thin bezel and the silver looks great surprisingly! Picture is clear on Comcast and even more clear on Netflix, especially on 4K Netflix. Would definitely buy another one!

Very good picture quality and sound. The only thing that I don't like it that it has turned off on me a few times in the middle of watching something. Sleep timer was off, so not quite sure what caused that. Overall great 4k.

I have purchased many Samsung TV's of all sizes and have been extremely pleased. This TV is NO exception. Great picture whether gaming or watching sports. Couldn't be more pleased.

I love my new TV. It is the perfect size for my medium sized family room. The clarity and color is great. I had Geek Squad set it up for me since I already had a sound system, playstation and WII and they did a great job.

it's great!! easy to set up except getting Samsung code to work with Comcast....had to get Comcast here to make everything happen...now that it works it has a great picture and the sound is much better than I had expected

Modern design, good quality image but the speakers are not overpowering. I would advise getting a home theater to go with it. This seams to be a trend with Samsung. I am really happy with the quality of the images though.

Fantastic TV. Pic is great even from extreme side angles. I would buy again however I would give consideration to some of the less expensive TVs out there now....Hisense

I had been doing research for a long time for a new TV! I made this purchase & overly satisfied! I wldve liked the 240Hz refresh rate but they were sold out & cldnt wait! If you purchase this TV you will be happy!!
