I bought Viso 54" and two Samsung's tv 45", 49" but I got some problem with all these. But this tv even I bought it as open-box but still work great so far the best thing other than the awesome picture is the sound and the fast for choose and things. the only thing I wont Samsung to change is the remount control to hope make it more easy to use like to add more bottom for Netflix and weather and so on

Great pic, so-so remote

Sporting events display so well and there is a special setting to display fast-action optimally. My only disappointment is the very basic remote that comes with it. It lacks many features (like trackpad for easy navigation; have yet to figure out how to input text with its limited features). We have another Samsung with a full-featured remote, so this was disappointing. All in all, a great TV: 4-1/2 stars (1/2 star off due to remote).

The TV has a superior picture compared to a similar LG. I bought both on Black Friday and compared the two. The only downside to this TV is the slight latency from the game system to actual TV display. This can be corrected by either buying a higher quality HDMI cable rated for a higher transmission speed or putting the TV in game mode. Game mode does cause a slight decrease in visual clarity however.

OH MY GOD !

My son told me how beautiful and amazing this TV was but I did not believe, now I am a believer. Apps are great went right on Amazon Prime streaming 4k movies you will not believe how wonderful the picture is. Even HD cable Zombie movies so yuuurrgggg gross. Downton Abby , You feel like your there. TV is a new adventure for me with this fine product from Samsung. Love It. Best Buy is awesome.
