i bought this tv for my husband on black friday did not have chance to see what it look like just what my husband kept sayiing get it brought home we hook the tv up was amazed by the picture my hubby mostly wanted to watch the sports and he was in aw but the only thing need to with it was cable for better picture and sound bar happy customer

Great picture, very clear color. We watch it about 12 feet away from the tv.

We have been saving up Best Buy gift cards to get this TV. We decided what better time to buy it then on Black Friday Special! Got a GREAT DEAL on one of the Best TVs out there!

Chose Samsung 4K 55" based on reviews and reputation and Best Buy matched competitors advertised price. Also purchased 5 yr warranty. Previous 47" flat screen in other brand quit on us in under 5 yrs. Great quality picture and easy to set up. All the extras we still need to figure out. Owned for 30 days and no issues so far.

Though there are much better 4K units, they are also much more expensive. If you are willing to be patient and take time adjusting your settings, you can get a solid picture with minimal pixelation. Before you judge this TV, make sure you are getting true HD from your programming provider and have a Blueray player....this is where you can see the quality.

I bought this tv kind of impulsively on Black Friday because it's the newest technology and it looked great in the store. Since regular tv channels come in normal HD and not 4K yet I honestly don't see much of a difference compared to my previous tv which was a Samsung LED. It's a nice tv but picture wise it's about the same to me.

I purchased this TV on Black Friday. I originally wanted a HDTV, but was persuaded to buy this because of the price. I have been pleasantly surprised. The picture quality is great. I haven't been very impressed with the smart TV apps, but I just use my Xbox for those anyway, since they run better.

I needed a new tv more than anything, after going in the store and comparing I chose this one due to its amazing quality and the brightness! (I was going to get an lg tv, but the Best Buy rep explained how lg goes for more natural look rather than the Samsung). I'm very pleased with my tv!

Great picture on this TV. The resolution is awesome. Such sharp images. Getting started was a little tricky for 2 older folks but we figured out the television portion. We have yet to discover how to use the internet capabilities but look forward to it. Instructions and on screen prompts could use to be "idiot" proof.

This Tv has the best quality picture for the money. I saw it at a relative's home and loved it from the first time I saw it. The web interface is great but at first is a little cumbersome to get used to. We watch a lot of Netflix and that app is great. I would buy this model again.

Great product for the price. The $100 discount/price match when I received a flash sale on this item was appreciated. A sound bar is suggested. As with most TVs of larger size, the sound is muffled when it comes out of the back of the TV. Note that I paired this with the insignia sound bar - a bargain at $49.99.

Looked for about half hour at all the different possibilities for a tv. I knew I want Samsung, 55" , and maybe the Smart part. Wasn't sure about the quality of the picture--i chose the 4k,due to awesome picture quality--with all the Tv's set up its not that hard to compare.

The tv is great. Does everything in the description. Only recommendation is go bigger. I guess it's up to the user but I wish I had the money to go for the 60+ inch screens. Otherwise the tv is awesome. Quality picture and also great smart tv for Netflix and what not. Not so much for browser
