    Purchasing our new Samsung 4K QLED tv was a smart purchase. In store assistance was exceptional. Delivery was on time and the installers were professional, knowledgeable and timely. The tv itself has enhanced our viewing, with its clear and detailed picture quality. Best Buy is the best place to find exactly what you want at a reasonable price and receive appropriate help if needed.

    This is a nice TV at a reasonable price. The picture is very clear. 4K is more than enough resolution for a screen this size. Most TV shows aren’t even broadcast at this high a resolution, so anything more is mostly wasted. I think there is very little currently available at 8K.

    Very pleased with the Samsung 55" DU8000 TV. Especially like the picture quality. This TV is hooked up to my old sound board. Had to replace an older Samsung TV that wasn't that old and hope that the new one last much longer.

    The interface is confusing at first, but gets really easy to use. The tv is sleek and lightweight, making it the star of any room. The tv is easy to hang and quick to install. Samsung really makes the best products!

    Love this TV. At first we were underwhelmed, but after my husband did a bunch of adjustments with the color, sharpness, etc., it looks great! Connected our older soundbar with little problem. Now we just need to see how long this lasts. This is replacing a Samsung that was just 7 years old.

    It has a nice picture and sound for the price I paid. My previous TV unexpectedly went kaput. It cost more than twice the price of this brand. Since I have a Samsung phone and tablet, I went with this model.
