    Samsung Television’s doesn’t disappoint, I really do not have a negative thing to say aside from it not being able to keep the eastern standard time correct. I occasionally have to manually reset the clock and date, apart from this small annoyance l am pleased with its performance.

    Bought this TV when my other could not be repaired. Someone purchased and realized it was a curved screen. They did not want curved and returned.

    I love the tv and works and looks great. The only thing I have a problem with is, it constantly loses connection to the network and I find myself constantly reconnecting it twice a week. Overall, great tv and I would give it five stars if the internet connection was stable.

    After unwrapping my tv and mounting on wall, I started to clean tv screen. And when I looked correct angle I noticed big scratche on middle of screen. And is noticeable even more when tv is off. Tv is sold in “excellent” condition but rhis should be sold us poor conditions.

    I had this TV for 10 months and it started to turn on and off on it's own. After dealing with geek squad for one month with multiple repair appointments they finally offered a refund and now I have a new TV.

    The Netflix App is failing on the Samsung TV QN55Q7CAMFXZA but works fine on all other devices in my house. The manufacture setting for picture quality is not that impressive. Most of the average consumers like me don't know how to calibrate the picture settings like the one on display at Bestbuy stores or the ads. I wish Bestbuy or Samsung would provide a specific instruction for achieving the best image this TV can offer. I plan to return it in a few days if the issue with Netflix and picture quality is continuing problematic. Any ideas?

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung 4K Smart TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with the Netflix App, and are not completely satisfied with the image quality.

      Please know that our typical store mode is showing the “dynamic” picture mode which is very bright. We recommend Standard mode at home environment for everyday viewing experience.

      In addition to the display screen, the quality of the image on your screen also depends on the source and the connection.
      HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4k Content will provide the best picture quality.
      The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that would automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.
