This TV was well rated on Consumer Reports, and when I saw it was on sale I called my local Best Buy. They did not have it in stock and suggested I buy from their on-line site. It was easy and was delivered on the arrranged day and time. This is my first smart TV. We have cable TV which we cut back to the minimum and now stream via 3 services. The picture is great and the sound quality is good. I think for the cost the value is great.

If you are looking for a great 55" TV that has all the features and the items needed on a TV like HDMI, this TV is it! Multiple HDMI, Audio, Video Output. 2160P, capable for 4K when its available. Clean, crisp picture. Good sound. You will not be disappointed.

This is my first Samsung 4K TV. I've waited too long. I should buy it much more earlier. Samsung has very easy and simple remote control, so you don't need to spend extra time for your first set up. Picture is bright, sound excellent. I would recommend this model if you buying your first 4K TV since is very affordable.

The HDR up scaling of this tv is fantastic. The tru-motion 120 was what I was most worried about because there were different reviews about the quality of it. After a month watching this tv, I can say that it's 120hz is real refresh rate and a great quality. If you can still find it for the great price I got then buy it fast!

Set up of this TV was easy, although I did have to buy some bolts to attach it to my stand. The picture quality exceeded my expectations and the sound is exceptional even without the home theater system. This is my first smart TV and I love the added functionality. I would definitely recommend this to my friends if I had any.

Overall great TV. Before purchasing the TV I knew the TV refresh rate was 60Hz. I own another TV with 240Hz. There is a signigicant difference on motion on the TV. Took me 1 month to get used to the difference. If possible I will try to buy a TV with higher refresh rates. This matters if viewing sports like football ect.

Great entry-level 4K TV, with a tuner! Had been comparing TVs for months, this one dropped in price, and couldn't say no. The only complaints I have had so far, is I can't get the UHD with my XB1S to work on HDMI 1 (probably my fault), and if you are on a source that has no video input, the screen will dim and make it very hard to adjust settings or choose things in the menu. Other than that, I am very pleased with the TV!

After our previous Samsung 55' TV died after 13 months (just out of warranty), I was wary of getting another Samsung. But price was right and reviews very good - and just in case, I purchased a 5 year BEST BUY warranty which I recommend since electronics in general can be problematic. So far, very happy with this TV.
