Purchased the tv as part of a black friday sale. So far, its delivered the quality as expected. The only reason i sont give it 5 stars is due to the color contrast for darker movies. Maybe its where i places the tv, but if its a movie like "Inception" the darker areas have more difficult contrast. Settings can correct it, but thought it would pick it up "out of the box"

When I bought this TV, as an open box return and I shortly found out why it was brought back. With out hesitation or hassle geek squad sent out a tech 3 days later and resolved the problem. Since the tv has exceeded my expectations. Love samsung products, never have let me down.

Purchased for a friend, such a beautiful 4k image just like you'd expect from Samsung.

Read the reviews on a bunch of TV's and opted for this ome, very glad I did. Going from a 1080p to this 4K absolutely blew my mind. The sound isn't spectacular but its not terrible either. If you are looking for great picture and a sleek looking TV then just go buy this now.

Once again it came down to purchasing another tv after 7 years of service out of my last Samsung. So after reading the reviews on here I hopped on the 4K band wagon and it doesn't disappoint! Beautiful picture and the sound from the factory speakers is amazing alone!

Never had big tv before, so I was trying to find my first best one. And I didn't make mistake. This is awesome tv. Have 3 HDMI and built-in Wi-Fi. I can easily connect my Windows 10 laptop and stream my screen to tv. Also 4k from my Xbox looks awesome on this screen

This tv leaves you wanting more from it. Almost like it is trying to be a top tier tv but just isn't there. I was expecting more. Busy motion scenes like in USA Suits, NYC skyline, the picture stutters and is not clear like i truly expected. Sports seems to be clear and I am satisfied with normal viewing. Really comes down to really busy scenes. Good Tv though.

Not top of the line but good picture, easy setup nice TV for $500

This 4k uhd tv is exactly what I needed and the price was terrific. My favorite feature has got to be when I hooked up my digital antenna and the channel guide is available as if watching cable tv. The menus are easy to navigate and the picture quality is fantastic.

Picture quality is good, no issues with pixels. navigation is easy.

Not Samsung's top shelf TV; and does not have HDR. That being said; it is an awesome price on a quality, no frills Samsung TV. This was a gift for elder parents; who are enjoying the clear picture. Obviously this TV is not meant for cinema enthusiasts, gamers, etc. However, a great deal with the TV watching majority; of course in my opinion. Thank you.

I've had a Samsung 40 in for about 7 years but the last one I bought was an LG. The LG broke after 2 years and my Samsung is still going strong. So, of course, this time I bought another Samsung. Great pic and sound. It just costs a little more to go first class!

Very nice TV. The picture is sharp, set up is easy. Price was good.

This TV has been rather impressive. If you're able to view 4K content, it looks incredible on the "natural" picture setting. Older content looks good on the "movie" picture setting. The Smart interface is easy and intuitive. Would definitely recommend this TV. 10/10

My tech son recommended this TV to me. The sale price was an extra bonus. I have only had it for approximately three weeks but so far so good. It has a really good picture and the sound is better than my previous 12 year old Samsung which I gave to my daughter.

This tv replaced a 46" Samsung that lasted 10 years. The picture is terrific; upscaling images to near pristine condition. The only issue is the sound. I purchased a HWK-450 four days after getting the 6290 tv. Together they make a great replacement for the old 46".
