Great picture, very easy to use and setup, the smart TV works very well, and overall happy with the quality. Four-year-old is able to work the remote with ease.

Nice tv. Relatively easy to use. Picture is good. From time to time it will turn itself back on after you turn it off. But other than that no complaints

We debated on purchasing a new TV and did some research. We decided on the Samsung Q 60 series because of the in store demo. There were others to choose from but the Samsung’s stood out . We are happy with our decision, because of its quality, exceptional picture and ease-of-use.

Great picture and sound quality. So far no issues with the TV. The tv works well even in rooms with windows. Haven’t had any issues with glare either like we did with our old tv.

Not only does this TV have a great picture, it is really easy to use. The fact that it does not need a cable box is wonderful also.

Great picture, easy to use. Only downfall I have been having is that my HDMI cord for my cable needs to be unplugged about once a week because it stops recognizing it. Easy for me to do where it is located but if you mount it that could be an issue.

Love the picture quality Have had the tv a couple of weeks Still getting used to the remote and have to figure out how to go to a specific channel with the toggle ... wish that was faster For the price overall it’s a great quality HD tv I’d buy again

Went back & forth between QLED & OLED. Concerned about burn in issues so went QLED. Thought I was going with Q70 because off the back lighting vs side lighting. But looking side by side really couldn’t see a huge difference on the 55”, and couldn’t justify spending 50% more for the Q70. This looks great over the fireplace. Happy with the choice.

We purchased this TV after much research and a disappointing LG purchase. We had planned to get a 7 Series but after talking with a couple of employees, we decided to spend a good bit more to get what we hoped was a better picture. Setup was easy as it took us step by step on the screen. The sound quality is good with noticeable bass! The picture is very clear and there are multiple settings to choose from to adjust it. It connects easily to the Smart Things app and comes with free channels. I have not spent much time exploring them since we still have cable. I am very pleased with our purchase!

We LOVE this TV and the quality. We are bug sports fans love watching and feeling like you're right there watching! So easy to set up and everything is easy to access!

Streaming is much faster. Previous 8000 series tv was not fast enough for 4K. Had to use Samsung blu Ray for streaming 4K. Replacement works fine. Also controls for my Samsung sound bar are much easier to use. Still mad about 8000 died exactly on it’s 3rd birthday. Based on reviews, Samsung owes its dedicated customers an apology. I still like Samsung, but they soulf admit when they release a bad version.

I bought this tv specifically with gaming and movies in mind and it does it’s job beautifully! Very bright and consistently sharp streaming and gameplay!

This TV is an awesome upgrade from the previous one we had. Even though our last one was still good until it recieved a hit from a flying water bottle lol, I didn't realize how much better televisions had gotten. From the universal Samsung remote to using the Smart things App on my S9 cellphone, this TV is amazing. The tremendous upgrade from our broken flatscreen to this QLED series is incredible and completely worth the purchase price. It has very nice sound and beautiful rich colors.

Great colors and Wonderful definition of picture. Easy to set the TV up since it’s a smart TV. Could download the Spectrum app so did not need a cable box.

I bought this Samsung TV when it was on sale for $699.00. Definitely worth the price. Great picture, easy to install and use. Would recommend for sure.

Quality out of the box. Easy to setup and use. Picture is awesome and when paired with a decent audio system really brings the theater experience together.

super easy to use smart tv. color is amazing. love the quick apps on the remote. bigsby is alright, often turns on when not promoting so I turned it off.

Frankly, after owning this TV for a month I realise how much I was misled by smartTV QLED reviews about how this TV might not meet the high standards of an OLED or a SONY X1 processor. All of that does not matter. This TV produces excellent colours, contrast and HD at a max of 60fps. YOU DO NOT NEED MORE THAN 60 FPS BECAUSE THE HUMAN EYE DOES NOT SEE ANY DIFFERENCE! Reviews will mislead you to believe a 120fps TV has an edge, but no it does not. Plus, you cannot help but dislike movies in 60fps anyways because they look too smooth in motion like a TV show or soap opera. So you would keep the judder reduction set to 0 anyways to get a theatre feel! But if you need HDR, the lite processor does the job VERY WELL.
