very easy to mount on a wall. picture is very sharp and colors are very good. Sound is adequate without a soundbar. Remote is too simple and not exactly intuitive.

Have owned this 55 inch Samsung Q70T,QLED television for a little over 30 days. It is a replacement for a 14 year old, 42 inch Samsung that suddenly died. We have used it much more hours,then usual, for us,because of staying at home because of Covid 19. Color, motion, viewing angle, brightness, and clarity are such and improvement as is the picture size provided by the 55 inch screen. My only complaint is that the sound on some programs has to be turned really high. Likely a sound bar would cure that,but all in all not really necessary. The setup was so easy and I am far removed from being a handy guy. We are very pleased and satisfied with our purchase. .

I had this TV for approximately two years. I absolutely love it. Color and picture is amazing and TV comes with free channels. I’m very happy with my purchase.

You may find it hard to believe, but I bought this 4k 55" QLED Samsung TV to use as a monitor in my home office. I have a medical condition that prevents me from looking too long at any monitor at a normal working distance. After about an hour I end up with double vision and am unable to read a screen at all. Since I work in IT and am on computers constantly, you can imagine this is not conducive to productive work. I have been using large screens TVs as monitors since 2k was introduced. 4k has been a great boon because this resolution is great and I am able to work continuously at a distance of 8 to 10 feet from the 55". 2k was adequate as a monitor, but 4k resolution is terrific. My work laptop has 4k HDMI output and it does a great job. I also have a 65" and 43" 4k Samsung that I really do use as TVs. I have always been happy with the value and performance of Samsung televisions.

Bought this Samsung to upgrade a 9 year old 46" Samsung LCD TV. It was already mounted on the wall and was worried the new TV wouldn't mount properly on the existing wall mount. It worked fine and was really easy to hook up. Was also able to easily hook it up to my existing Sonos system and use the Samsung remote for the volume. No issues. Picture is great. Not an image snob... so OLED maybe better, but for my viewing purposes... its great. The ambient mode is a little weird. Cool feature, but I don't have a fancy wall behind the TV for it to blend into, so I use the many other ambient modes. Wish I could have the Ambient mode on, but still hear the actual channel that is on. (would be good for music channels, etc.) Overall, Great picture, Easy to set up and remote is pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.

Overall, good product with clear picture and easy functionality. Only issue is with the remote control. It doesn't seem very intuitive navigating through apps (ie - going back to search within series for example).

Starting at the end: It is doing double duty as a wireless computer monitor, it was easy to set up and it easy to switch between TV and Monitor modes. The picture is great. The size is perfect for our family room. The delivery was only a few days, it was the time promised, and the delivery guys were respectful, friendly, and the contact felt perfectly save. The online order process was easy, and the pre-delivery notifications were informative. The technical information on the Best Buy website was thorough. The agent I spoke to on the phone was patient and helpful.

Nice picture quality for a good price. We used Geek Squad for mounting and set up (good job, although you need to slow them down for questions to know what they did), so they set up 3 streaming apps for us. After that, the search for apps and management of the apps was not really intuitive; we ended googling info for that and figured it out by trial and error. But once you figure that and the minimalist remote out you’re good. (My kids probably wouldn’t have any issues figuring out the app management so I didn’t lower the rating of the TV -I’m just not tech proficient ).

Very excellent images and great price. I love the 120hz that quick turn on. 4k video very crystal clear images. I would recommended Q70 and above.

Have had this TV for close to a year now and love it! The picture is clear and crisp, the sound is pretty good, and the menus are easy to use and intuitive. The TV also has an app available for pretty much any streaming service you could want. If I had to complain about anything it would be that "Game Mode", which automatically engages when my PS4 is turned on and displayed, is a bit too bright. This can be disabled in settings if you want, though.

I bought this tv to upgrade from my older Samsung 40" tv that I've had for several years and had been happy with. The tv has really great picture quality. What is frustrating is that I have a Samsung sound bar and the tv periodically switches back to the tv speakers rather than the optical output. It will do this randomly or sometimes when switching between the cable input and the on demand apps. And while the slim line remote looks nice, could they have made it anymore difficult to change the batteries?

Picture is pretty good out of the box, certainly not the worst factory calibration I’ve seen. Perfect for the spare room at the sale price where you don’t need to drop the extra money on OLED or full array backlighting. The one nifty feature this model does have that sets it apart from other cheaper TVs I it’s “class” is the dual color edge lighting. The warm and cool white LEDs makes a noticeable difference in picture quality. TV is pretty typical for a Samsung, punchy QLED colors and very bright. Bezel around the screen is very small and the TV feels very well made. Only other TV brand I recommend is the high end Sony panels.

Right out of the box with little or no adjustments to color, sound, picture quality etc. The Samsung that this unit is replacing lasted just short of 3 years before it developed serious issues that deemed it not worth repairing. Hoping for better results this time around. All in all, dealing with Best Buy has been a great experience and appreciate the detailed information provided with each brand and size of TV's. It really helps in making a good decision. Keep up the good work Best Buy,

At first I wasn’t happy with the missed delivery of my tv. Wasn’t even called, they just cancelled my delivery and I had to call and complain and reschedule. Couldn’t be happier with the second time. Delivery guy was excellent and even got me my tv earlier than time selected. As for the tv I love it. Got it adjusted perfectly for my wife as well and she is happy too. Has a beautiful picture and is very easy to setup and use. I would definitely purchase this tv again.

I can speak on this tv for days. It replaced my 55" Vizio 4k UHD 60hz which worked great with my PS4. But after a move you have to upgrade and this was the perfect eye pleaser. The picture quality is amazing, if you have the 4k/8k/10k cables to go with the devices you're setting up it's going to be a great experience. This tv takes full advantage of Alexa, Google Home, and all the SmartHome devices you might have, and Call of Duty Cold War is amazing on it @120hz.

Awesome QLED TV! Great if you just picked up a new PS5 or Xbox Series X because it supports HMDI 2.1. Besides that it has all the streaming apps and looks SPECTACULAR! Two minor complaints: the remote is small and annoying to navigate with. And the tv also doesn’t support Dolby Atmos. Last one isn’t a huge deal but still something to be aware of. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, especially for the price I got it at. Best Buy was great buying this through.

Samsung continues to be a big hit in my household. This television is no exception. Very sleek and appealing. Great picture with HD and 4K content. Easy to set up. Thankfully, no Bixby! The only issue I am having is that it seems to drop my wireless network when not in use for a while. None of my other connected devices are having this issue. Not sure if it is the televisions built-in wi-fi adapter or if there is something going on with my AT&T modem/router.

4k 120hz on a pc with good 2.1 cable decent color good for driving games like forza or assetto with a wheel black kinda eh

This tv is a great tv. The picture is great and the sound quality is really good. It has a lot of really cool functions and things connect across platforms and apps easily. It is fairly easy to use. There are some things to learn with how the tv is set up but once you learn what everything is and how to use it, it is a amazing tv. Totally worth it.
