Easy set up. Great picture. Has built in tuner that allowed us to get more channels from our regular antenna also. Good buy for the quality.

We needed a new tv after giving our game room tv to our daughter for college - we looked at a lot of tvs and decided on this one - great picture, smart tv,!!!

The Samsung 58inch Ultra 4K Tv had a great picture and sound.

This TV has been a huge disappointment. This was our first "smart" TV. After getting it set up, I discovered a week later it could no longer connect to the Internet and couldn't even see any WiFi networks. After considerable research and trouble-shooting, I ended up doing a factory reset, which seemed to fix the problem. A week later, same issue: No internet, and none of the wifi networks were detectable. Another factory reset fixed the problem. I did some research online and found other people had had this problem with Samsung TVs in general, and the solution was to turn off auto-update. I did that, and the issue with losing the internet connection is now resolved, but our "smart" TV now can't auto-update. Then we learned about "judder". My husband, who watches more TV than I do, noticed his favorite shows had jerky video. I did some research on this and found that, again, Samsung TVs have an issue with the "Auto Motion" setting. We turned it off and it helped. This "smart" tv isn't so smart. In fact, it's a PITA, and it's going back to Best Buy tomorrow. I think we'll replace it with a 55" Sony, a brand we've never had any issues with in the many years we've owned them.

First off this TV does have HDR! I love this TV, I replaced it with a LG smart TV that had the SLOWEST smart features in the world. This TV is super fast from turning it on to switching apps! 120 refresh rate so you can get the soap opera effect, if you like it, can be turned off also. My only complaint I have is you can't dim the screen completely. When I had the LG TV, I liked to listen to different nature sounds on YouTube and turn off the screen completely and the sound would still play.. Not a deal breaker, still a wonderful TV!

All my Samsung products have been great! This tv boasts the same. Great tv all around and the remote is easy to setup and use. My 73 year old mom has not complained at all. That means this tv couldn't be better!!
