Excellent image. Very big step. The audio also excellent. Switch on very fast (comparing with other TVs). It was open box, without any problems.

From opening the box to its use, this TV is the best size, price and feature. Even for a Samsung, it's functionality is on point. The smart tv features on this is very easy to use and has a user friendly interface. It makes it easier when you have a Samsung account and a keyboard so that you can type instead of using the remote D pad. Over all great tv

Very nice tv for the price. Great picture quality. It kept disconnecting from wifi every day so we bought an Ethernet cord and solved that problem.

Great entry level 4K, Best value for features, loads of features.Picture quality is good but if price isn't an issue step up to top levels for the better picture. great processor fast Internet brousing. Streaming is very easy and no drop outs, works great. Audio quality is very good compared to some older Samung TV's.Power plug can work loose.

I have only had this TV a couple weeks, but it seem to work quite well, Picture is really good, sound is surprisingly good, Easy set up, Easy WIFI connection. Loaded the Sling App. with no problems. I know in mass production it is always possible to get a lemon, but outside of that this seems to be a great product with a reasonable cost.

We were looking to replace a DLP & not spend an outrageous amount. This fit the bill perfectly. You just can’t lose with Samsung!

I've bought three TVs from Best Buy my last one with the new 4.0 Samsung excellent picture excellent service and I really appreciate you guys going through the smart TV for me let me know what they're talking about I would recommend anybody who's buying a TV to buy it from Best Buy they delivered it set it up and I appreciate it

Size is ideaal for my use. Setup was not completed by installers, sound from DVD player when put through TV to sound bar does not work. Setup documentation in manual not easy to follow.

Great television and just the right size. Picture quality outstanding and sound good enough so as not to need a sound bar.
