Very disappointed! Purchased this tv July 2020 & have had issues with it coming on. Quick fix by unplugging it from the wall, then plugging it back in to get it to come on. It’s now Oct. 30, 2022 & the picture won’t come on, only the sound. Tried all the troubleshooting quick fixes, but nothing. It was good quality until it stopped working. Now, wondering what we will replace it with next. A Samsung tv should last more than 2 years!

We are sorry to hear about your TU7000 TV no longer working. Please know we are here to help you and have a few troubleshooting tips for you to try.
If your TV has a black screen even when it's on, it's quite possible it could actually be your external device and not your TV. Please try these troubleshooting steps for your blank screen issue:
1. Press the Home button on the remote.
If the menu appears, the TV is powered on but is either not on the correct source or not receiving a signal. If the menu does not appear, the TV may be having power issues.
Check the red standby light, a little red light at the edge of the TV that you aim the remote at. In normal use, the red standby light is on when the TV is off (indicating the TV is on standby), and the red standby light is off when the TV is in use (or doesn't have power).
2. Confirm the TV is set to the same source as the external device.
For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source, but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced.
After you've reconnected the external device, turn it off and then back on.
3. Test the HDMI cable.
Some TVs have an HDMI cable test. Some models only have this test after a software update, and older models do not have it. If your model does not have this test or is not connected by HDMI, skip to the next step.
The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords.
To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test.
If the test says the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required.
4. Test different external devices.
The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If you were unable to test the cable in the previous step, then try swapping the cable, too.
If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it.

I’ve had this TV for 18 months and it has horizontal lines on the screen. Never damaged,bumped, dropped, banged. Contacted Samsung the support center who told me their TV’s are “not built to last” like realllllllly. Screenshots of the live chat mvd121 on Instagram.

My television's LED went out after 6 weeks, I never even moved it since it came out the box. I went to turn the television on and the screen was black. There was sound and you could see the picture behind the screen when I held a flashlight up to the black screen.

Tv is 7 month old and Sling keeps freezing - have tried every trick and nothing. Now the screen image colors have gone haywire and can not watch the tv. I love Samsung but not this model.

We picked up the TV at curbside after it was on sale. The TV was damaged and ruined my expectations of a great experience. I was offered to exchanged the TV but it’s now out of stock. After 2 hours and about 6 agents later, they tried to their best to accommodate me. Good luck !

I still have this tv 4 years later, and haven’t had any issues! I absolutely love this one. I purchased it for $329.99 July 21st, 2021. If you are looking for a great deal for the holidays, this tv is the right one. It’s a lot wider in person! Whether you, and your partner, or family, are watching movies, or wanna hop on the Xbox, or ps5, totally worth it… That 4K revolution is truly something!!! I’ll keep her tell she goes. The one thing it doesn’t have is a hdmi cable. You have to buy that separately.

This tv does not have 4k capabilities for gaming or tv resolution! This is just a basic smart tv not a 4K! Very misleading & mislabeled by Samsung! 4k should be taken off everything in this item. You pay extra for 4 k and it's not really a 4k tv.

Confusing:
Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. Please know that your model does not have voice assistants built in, and therefore does not come with a microphone option on the remote. However, they do work with Alexa and Google Assistant. You can connect them to your existing Alexa and Google Assistant devices to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.
I am sorry you are experiencing issues pairing your soundbar to the TV. You can connect Bluetooth audio devices to the TV. They must be paired using the TV's Bluetooth function. Go to: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List

1) Check the antenna and input cable connections
2) Check the antenna and HDMI cable connections
3) If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, fixed horizontal, or vertical lines
4) Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?
5) Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?
6) If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)
7) If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception
