We had been shopping for some time for a new tv for the family room. In the meantime my daughter was looking as well. She did a good amount of the research so we were prepared. We bought her a 53” tv (Samsung). She was in love! So were we so we went with the 58”(Samsung) Both are great! We’re very satisfied!

Didn't plan on buying this TV, was going for a 55" Samsung, but I came across this TV. The picture and color looks very good. 4K feels like you are actually viewing things in person with its 60fps as well as the 120 motion rate, it actually looks impressive. I was very impressed buy the built in speakers, sound is just amazing. Add a sound bar, and it'll be like watching a movie in the theatres. 2 thumbs up!

Works as expected. Great picture. 120 HZ refresh rate not for fast action sport replay.

Let me start off by saying that the picture is very good after some tweaking. What I'm disappointed about is that it will not play nice using HDMI arc with a Samsung soundbar. For whatever reason, randomly would lose the ability to provide sound to the soundbar. Eventually had to use digital optical cable. Other major frustration is that I cannot get the screen mirroring function to work. I followed all the instructions and downloaded the smartthings app on my cell phone, but I still get no ability to screencast. Reading online, this is not an isolated occurrence either. Just disappointed that a 2018 model tv has so many bugs.

Went with the NU 7100 58" for three reasons: 1- I am impressed and please with the 40" version of that model. 2- 58" is the perfect size for where it was intended to go. Sadly, this unit replaced a 55" Plasma also made by Samsung which was a mistake! Yes, for 4K content, the 58" NU 7100 does shine! All else is disappointing. I regrets donating my old Plasma!!! 3- Price: for $700 was a "bargain" I thought! WRONG. For the quality in display I had come to expect from the Plasma TV which I did pay over $1,500 way back when, I should of not expect a 4K TV 'worth' $700 could be a fair replacement. I really needed to up the budget and be willing to start at least on the $1,500 if the BETTER technological TV's are made in 58". An OLED or the 8 series or better, off course these guys are more than the $700 I paid for the NU7100. I did get what I paid for! Just was a bad judgement call on my part to even dare think just because the NU7100 is in 4K format, it could deliver what the Ole Plasma got me a-costumed. Issues? Gaming. 4K content looks cheap CGI.

Wanted a bigger tv than I had to game and watch movies and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Great for gaming great for movies fast and responsive. Great smart TV. Great price. Def recommend for first time buyers. If you need a tv and are on a budget this is perfect.

Its real 4k, its real HDR, and its a great quality TV. For the Black Friday price it was a great deal! I got it for $600 after taxes. Definitely recommended that you have at least two people to put it together.

I was looking for a mid level reliable tv that has great picture quality and will last for a while. The picture quality is great! I've only had the tv for about a month now so only time will tell, but Samsung usually has a clean track record with long lasting products.

Very happy with this purchase. The picture is great. I use the TV itself for sound and wasn't thrilled with the initial settings. However, after going into the settings under sound & selecting either optimized or amplify it sounds a lot better. No complaints so far!

I purchased this TV for my mother. She has difficulty hearing and had never had a big screen TV. She loves it! She can hear without turning the TV up to the max. Check the box for and early Christmas for mom.

I got this model because of an excellent sale price, so for the money, this is a really good buy. Picture is sharp, maybe too sharp for my eyes, and the 58" screen is really nice., Sound is a tad disappointing. Maybe in the future these companies will bundle sound systems with the TVs.

Have had this tv for about a month now. It's perfect! Took a second to figure out the comcast cable situation. Nothing an HDMI cord couldn't fix. Picture is clear, size is perfect for our apartment. We have samsung phones so it's easy to link TV to them.

First 4K Ultra HD TV and I am very very Happy with both picture and sound Quality!! I was concerned as the TV was well within my budget and it has performed very well! Would definitely purchase the same TV again if needed and would recommend to friends.

This is a great TV, I had it for a year and it is still working. Picture shows clear. The only thing I don’t like is it being so thin. But, overall I am pleased with this purchase. I will be buying my Samsung TV’s in the future.

Great TV for the value. its no OLED or QLED but good picture for fast frames. Warning .. Listed dimensions are 2" short in width. Dont remember exactly what they were supposed to be but came in 2" wider than i expected

Upgraded our TV from 1080p to 4K. Also 55 inch to this 58 inch model. Wall with doors on either side it’s against would fit this size only. Remember TV is not 58 inches wide that diagonal-corner to corner measurements.

This tv out of the box is pretty good, it’s downfall is as follows. Smart apps are a pain to add, takes time but doable. The other issue isn’t the manufacture fault. Picture looked great at the store. But not as nice at home. Upon research they had a 4K disc showing and my cable provided is only 1080I. Sound is good as is the picture.
