Pros: installation team was great, well built, nice finish, spacious oven, easy to read instructions, double burner is a nice feature. Cons: burners too close together and if you are using wide pots and pans it’s a problem, griddles are too wide if you want to use very small pot it falls off & we had to get another griddle to use on top, value is good & we got it on sale. Overall we like the stove and recommend it

I bought this for our newly renovated kitchen. It lags when you are trying to set it on preheat. It lags when you are trying to move through the buttons. It is annoying because whenever I try to turn the timer off, it takes forever. I don't know why it lags. It is OK on self clean. I hate the fact that they put a big burner right spat on the front. It burns food doesn't matter how low it is turned on. I like it for now but would not be buying another one again.

I love it. The girls and i have made countless cookies since our purchase and not one complaint.

I like the range. It's got more bells and whistles that I'll ever use or understand. But one thing made me angry...no "how to use" book came with it. Needed to go online to read how to set the clock even! So when I called Samsung, the nice lady told me I had to run the oven for an hour before regular use, to burn off stuff when it was made. That wasn't written ANYWHERE! If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have known to do that and the smell would have freaked me out!

Big upgrade from our electric range. Works well, love the center griddle. Little harder to clean than electric.

Like the stove for the most part. Griddle I am not sure if it supposed to be non stick but everything sticks to it so i give the griddle a thumbs down . Love the high heat burner , low heat burner like most doesn’t seem to go low enough ( like every stove I have had) so I use a flat cast iron fajitas pan under a sauce pan to heat up sauces. Oven is well controlled but only has two racks - i am used to three and they don’t seem to be very strong- hope it will hold a turkey

So pleased with the stove!! I was down to 1 burner on my last stove :(. Very efficient and fast! Easy to clean, thought the middle portion would be great for steaks, etc but now it’s probably messier than just in a pan. Prob use it to keep things warm…

Great job delivering the appliance. Its not top of line, but it meets what we need. I hate so many people abused the Total Care Product that Free Delivery and Haul Away are not included any longer.

As a 30 something year old and relatively new homeowner, this was one of the larger home appliances purchases I have made. I was in search for a stove that had a griddle, convection oven, and looked nice at an affordable price. This product hit the mark for everything I was looking for. I was hesitant on purchasing the black stainless steel as I originally wanted more of a matte/flat finish, but this color is beautiful.

Great looking stove and easy to use. I love the griddle to make pancakes or bacon in the middle!
