We love our new stove for our new home. It pairs perfectly with our white kitchen cabinets. The stove is easy to clean, great flames, and the over is really good.

Love it! From baking to air frying it’s great, and I love the versatility of the stovetop! You can set baking sheets on top right out of the oven! The burners are fantastic!

Was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. I took the afternoon off work and actually called Best Buy to check some things about my upcoming installation in the AM. I waited until 6pm to find out at 6.01 they changed my delivery to 24th. When I called to ask why it was not going to be delivered when promised I got looped around and no one answered me. I drove to my nearest Best Buy store to speak to a manager that wasn’t very helpful. Basically they had no delivery drivers. They knew this but failed to tell me that morning on our phone call or to inform me in a timely fashion.
Fast forward to this morning, 24th. I finally get my stove. Merry Christmas! The guys were basically going to leave it on my porch because it didn’t fit through the door. They didn’t want to be here or have any part in this, I could tell. My husband had to get our tractor and pick it up and move it around to the door that he did say it would fit through to begin with and they guys basically picked it up, placed it in my kitchen and immediately left. Didn’t check to see if it was satisfactory, worked, say goodbye they were done. I wanted to ask them to take our old stove away as I had called to ask if it was possible and I was told by a member to ask the delivery guys and it shouldn’t be a problem. It just would have cost an extra $50. So little old 5ft me had to drag an old stove through my house to get it outside because the Best Buy guys left on such a hurry. It has been a really crappy experience and basically after you pay for the item they don’t give a crap about the delivery.
