I absolutely love this stove. All the features are great. My only qualm is that they don't actually include the air fryer tray with the stove even though it's advertised as an air fryer stove.

One of the burners stopped working within a month of lower than normal use and proper cleaning, the control panel would not respond to the touch and will require the range to be unplugged from power in order to reset it. Terrible product.

When one of the burners on your cooktop is not working, but the others are, then you probably need service. There are a few exceptions to rule out first, so you don't waste a service visit on something simple.

Absolutely love this stove! Love the center griddle too. Its interchangeable with a grill (that comes with it).
I just wish the larger burners were in the rear of the stove instead of the front.

First one came damaged. Took everything two weeks and over 7 calls for Best Buy two to send a new one. Terrible customer service. Other then that product now works great. No point of really having wifi on it if you still manually have to press start.

Beautiful appliance. We had to return the first one because it came damaged in shipping but the process was easy and painless. Love my new stove. Would recommend though getting a user guide because some features are a little advanced.

The stove was delivered on March 22nd to a new home. We did not move into the home until April 11th. On the first use of the oven portion on April 14th, flames filled the entire oven compartment. We promptly turned the oven off and reported the issue to Samsung. So far after one visit to our home, the stove is still not usable and we do not have a timeline for repair. If it is not repaired by May 1st, we are going to return the stove.
