I wish someone would’ve spent more time explaining how the stove works. I don’t like to be told go on YouTube to learn how to use my new equipment

Samsung did not fix the issue even though it was under warranty. I loved their products but Samsung just lost a customer.

It's a matter of getting use to the touch points on the electronic pad. You have to touch it just right to work it's functions but eventually I will get there.

I’m concerned about the buttons because if you don’t hit then dead center, it doesn’t work. Overall, very pleased.

But I like it a lot otherwise

I'm also not sure now why we paid for the air frier option when a convection oven is basically an air frier to start with.
