Bought it because of the 5 burners. But love the whole thing.

So far my Mom loves it. It is easy to use (which is important when you’re 81:-) and she is looking forward to trying the air fry feature. She also likes the griddle for grilled cheese sandwiches. Overall a great range.

This thing is a piece of Junk. The touch pad doesn't respond to touch most times. The oven lock malfunctioned and had to be replaced and currently I am receiving a C-f2 code meaning the touch pad is not communicating with the oven and needs a cable relaced.
Stove works. Also now Best Buy wants to be paid to fix even though I am a total tech member - Never again with either Samsung or Best Buy

I bought this item on July 8,2023 and scheduled for delivery on July 24 that was change by BB to the 28. When I received the range it was damaged. I spoke with Maria from costumer service and rescheduled a new range for August 8, once again BB change delivery date for the 14 and then again for the 26. Second deliver second range damage. Now 50 days sconce y bought my range and paid for it I don’t have a range or a posible day of delivery. Costumer Service where are you???? The rating is for CS…

Recieved my range on the 24th and my family began feeling dizzy, nauseated and sleepy. We began having slurred speech. Called Geek Squad and was told to contact the gas company. Luckily they came out within an hour. The gas rep indicted both connections were NOT connected correctly and we had a significant GAS LEAK! My mother is currently on hospice and on continual oxygen which could have been ignited at any moment. BestBuy has diffiently loss any further business ror installation items. Buyer BEWARE!
