Faulty Product - Bad Warranty

Six months after this stove was delivered it was showing an error code (C-F2). From my research this is common with Samsung stoves so BUYER BEWARE. At first, I was unplugging the breaker (per instructed by the stove) to restart the stove but after a couple of times doing that the code would come on and the oven hasn't worked since July. I called Samsung because the stove is under warranty...and get this - Samsung will pay for the part but not the $200 service fee. Imagine being sold a faulty product but you have to come out of pocket to get it fixed. I planned to replace all my appliances with Samsung products so that they match but now they'll be mismatched because Samsung will not see another dime from me.

Good addition to our home. It completes our Samsung set-up.

Stovetop gesture is great but that’s it! Wish I bought a different brand. Touch buttons are very finicky and don’t work half the time. Smart app control is useless cause you have to be there to to press start so there is literally no use in having it except for setting the time and temp because the touch buttons don’t work 90% of the time. I will never buy Samsung anything ever again because of how poor the quality is. Stove didn’t even work when I got it because the closed door sensor wasn’t working and I had to fix it myself because Samsung wanted me to be on hold 24 hours before I can speak to someone. Definitely don’t recommend Samsung anything after having this product and I will always choose LG now. Stay away from this brand as well because every employee speaks low of Samsung and highly of LG as I have not had problems with my lg products. The oven feature also is designed by people that have no knowledge what so ever about using any of its functions because when you set a time and temp it will start counting down the timer you set and about 10 minutes in it will say up to temperature bit already counting those 10 minutes it took to heat up. My 10 year old mini oven worked way better then this thing. Highly recommend choosing a different brand!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend it.
The air fryer doesn't work no matter what we try.
The convection oven is ok.
Any of the oven choices takes about 35-45 minutes to heat up to 350° which is seems like an excessively long time.

Replaced an older Samsung model , which lasted us many years and hopefully this one will last us many more. Love the air fry & convection oven and the power burner heats up fast

Had to give it 3 stars only because I got the Black model and every time I cook you see every little splatter of grease on it. Plus when they "installed it" they just pushed it in and didnt level it.
