The item is pretty awesome but my purchase process was not the best, the associate was very nice to us but not very knowledgeable about the item and we went to purchase in a emergency so we need it ASAP and we’re given a delivery date of the following Tuesday and we ended up getting the item that Saturday instead without any warnings or any communication whatsoever, I missed half day of work and had to crash course figure out dinner for our family (4) children (3) adults for the whole week , so overall very disappointed with your company , as far as the stove goes it is awesome and even better after reading the owners manual !

I wish there was a 0-star option. This is the worst product ever. I bought this about 2 years ago and have to replace it. It is difficult to clean, and the buttons are faulty, always giving error messages.

one burner is already turning dark in side the grate are spotted up I really sadden about this purchase I don,t have anyway to take it back samsung have really let me down on this one

Do not buy this range. It breaks within 2 years and they charge you an arm and a leg. Warranty barely expired. Get the extended

The worst. Service ever. Nothing was done. I had to pay out my pocket to get it install and put togther. When i paid for all that and for them to haul away the old one. After 6 calls 6 hours of on hold with different department the old stove still here. Never will i depend on best buy again.

After returning 3 ranges for various problems--number one's display was defective, number two's burners were not properly adjusted, and number three's display was again defective--I decided Samsung was not the brand of range I wanted in my home. After returning the third range, Best Buy refunded my money and I purchased a Maytag that I have not had any problems with.

Great range, especially coming from a very outdated range, big oven and cooking surface. Overall great range.
