This oven failed to work after a matter of months. I reolaced my appliances with samsung and they have all been failing. Now I will probably have to replace them soon after the warranty ends. Piece of lemon garbage.

You get what you pay for

Within a couple of months of use the knobs have started to break. The inner metallic ring that holds the knob to place is very cheap material and breaks easily making the knob get loose and fall off. It happened with first knob within weeks and then others followed.

I puchase all new Samsung Appliances as an upgrade. The Gas Range was delivered April 1, 2024. The oven stopped working 4/20/2025 ,right after the manufacturer's Warranty expired. Very disappointed, Not a good Look, Samsung. I hope the other Samsung Appliances don't start to fall apart.

Strong gas smell when oven is on

Just had this installed and it smells strongly of gas when the oven is on. Had the utility company come out and they said there's no leak and the connection is fine so there's something wrong with the oven itself. Waiting on Best Buy to come look at it (supposed to take a week) so not sure if it can be fixed. Otherwise it was working well.

Oven turning on by itself.

Last night i was grilling a steak on the stove grill and out of the nowhere my oven turned on. Not sure if it was because of the meats grease sparkling that might of reach the turn on button but of it wasnt because i startwd to hear popping noises coming out of the stove i would have never realized that the oven had turned on on its own. Then i pushed the turn off button and somehow the oven would turn off. I had to keep on pressing the button to shut off a couple of times. Very scary experience. Wish i can return it back.
We understand the need for a properly working range at home.
If the oven will not turn off, it is most likely that the oven door lock is turned on or the Sabbath function has been activated.
Please see page 46 (The oven burner will not shut off) of the user manual for steps to be taken. You may also lock the control panel and the door to prevent accidental operations and/or product tipping. This oven is nice, but the durability is highly questionable. I purchased this unit in Sept. 2021 and it was delivered and installed by Best Buy on Oct. 7 2021. It is now late Oct. 2022 and mere days after the one year warratny has expired, the range's touchpad stopped working. I scheduled a repair with Samsung, and the repair estimate is $300 (~30% of the price of a new unit when at full price and nearly 40% of the unit's discounted price today). I'm very disappointed in how Samsung stands behind its products.
