frequent panel errors

We have used it for 1 yr 6 months for now but it's third time we are seeing panel errors like cf2. It was fixed twice and now we are out of warranty, won't recommend it. Not sure about other products too as we have tried the GE one as well. I guess overall quality of products has decreased. Rest it's good but can't use owen

I purchased Samsung Freestanding Gas Stove with air fryer for home on 9/24/2024. Thanksgiving we were going to cook a turkey and the oven would not come on. I tried tirelessly to contact Best Buy whom i purchased a 5 year warranty with, they sent me to the manufacturer. Samsung wont pick up the phone for service horrible experience!!!

The product is good so far. The delivery experience from the company Best Buy subcontracted was subpar. There was a lack of communication because the two delivery guys did not speak any English. They arrived Two hours late , left garbage scattered outside. The delivery included a propane conversion , they connected the stove turned each burner on then off immediately and then left quickly.

Absolute garbage range

I installed this range on Nov. 18, 2021. On Nov. 28 it stopped working. Samsung has no repairmen in my area, so I have been waiting 3 weeks so far for a refund check. And I still have no idea if it is being picked up or if it's my problem to dispose of it. I was told to await further instructions and if samsung wanted it returned, they would arrange it. It is now Dec. 21, and the samsung refrigerator that i purchased on Sept 30 2021 stopped working sometime last night and everything inside the refrigerator and freezer is trash. I will never buy anything samsung again.

WORST MISTAKE EVER. It has just passed a year that I've purchased this stove, and the "computer" has completely gone out, estimated $500 fix, for a $800 stove purchased one year, two days ago...I am so disappointed with Samsung and best buy.

Burned main board twice in two years

Never bother to buy this oven. Bought it in May 2022 and the main board was toasted (Error C-F2) in Feb 2024. We had extended warranty and didn't pay $600 for repair. Now, in Sep 2024, the mainboard got toasted again (C-F2). Even though I have a Total Tech membership from Best Buy, I am not covered. I am supposed to pay $99 for diagnostics and pay another $500 if repaired.
Stay away. Also, Total Tech is a complete joke.

do not buy from Best Buy it is a horrible experience and they don't make things right. I have a stove that i had to wait 3 weeks to get then they didn't bring what they needed and would not use mine. They took the stove with them and rescheduled it for 2 weeks later to have everything they needed and when they got here, they had the one piece and set it up but i needed the propane conversion done. They did not know what to do. after more phone calls I had to wait a week to get the installation finished and no stove to use. So three days of missed work and promises it will be fixed but they can't do anything till the install is finished. so more phone calls.
