The guys that installed the refrigerator installed this so i am hoping and praying that i don't have a gas leak and me and my family end up dead. I'm sure bestbuy and SEDWICK will say it was our fault also

So sad bought this November 18th 2021 and it stopped working lcd monitor went black and the airfryer fan started making noise and stopped working so now i have no oven and still owe on it.

Gas leak

The oven has a gas leak since I purchased it. We purchased total care with Best Buy & they replaced the gas line but still leaking gas & now saying won’t cover & refer to manufacturer who will not cover it either. Spent $800 for a stove/ range & oven that doesn’t work.

The delivery experience for this item has been abysmal. So far a total of six appointments have been set up for delivery of this item and so far all but one has been canceled with two more now pending. why 2? I have no idea. And nobody will call me back and nobody that talks to me over there. Internal messaging system knows any of the reasons for any of the cancellations.
We understand how disappointing your delivery experience with the range is.

Nice color....but peels off. Nice features but can hardly press the buttons to use them. Haven't had it for 4 months and already getting error codes and can't use the oven. Should've listened to other reviews

It took 6 months to get the gas hooked up/placed in our house. We started using this in December 2024 and we are not happy with it at all . Shuts off during use/or the clock resets for no reason.

Never again would I buy samsung kitchen appliances.
Just spent an hour and 51 minutes trying to get instructions to lower the burner flame (at it's lowest setting).
After almost 2 hours with support, they said there is no adjustment.
It's difficult to pick a stove / oven without seeing it working. I love my samsung tv's so I tried their stove. Never again.
We are here to help you with your range flame, mikebee. Let's go ahead and get the information you need.
Upon checking, each burner has a corresponding knob that lets you set the flame level from LO to HI.

Very disappointed in this product! Burners are strange & not convenient. The grates are heavy & difficult to clean. Actually thinking is replacing it... never again

I love it!! it's very pretty. the burners are very good and the flow of fire is perfect!
We understand that knobs play an important part in your gas range, Praty. If the knobs are beyond hope of cleaning or they are damaged, please visit samsungparts.com to order more.

cannot give a rating because we could smell gas after install and turned gas off whilst awaiting repair, that was on thursday 22nd of june and tech hopefully will be here on monday 26th of june, twelve hour window?
