Worst product from Samsung. Knobs are breaking after two months of use. Don't buy it.

The experience is not what we expect from our customers.

cannot give a rating because we could smell gas after install and turned gas off whilst awaiting repair, that was on thursday 22nd of june and tech hopefully will be here on monday 26th of june, twelve hour window?

NEVER Buy this. Just in 2 years. MOTHER BOARD and DISPLAY BOARD GONE. Very sparingly used. I have the same problem with other Samsung products.
It costed me $460 to change the mother board. Now waiting for the technician to buy display board as it is out of stock and costs $147!

The range did not come with a user manual. You cannot call a Best Buy store and see if they have it. They say there is none other than you can print it online.

Had a dent on it upon delivery, then when they tried to setme up for $100 off price incalled panama and got the god darn run around ill never order anything on line again absolutely ticked offf and wouldn't recommend best buy ro anyone

Cast iron grates

Cast iron grates are not good. first came broken and replacement grates also broke in transit.

I am very disappointed with this stove. I bought it months ago but unfortunately when I use the broiler the heat makes the dials of the stove so hot I can’t touch it. The stove flame isn’t spread out evenly either.

Item was ultimately returned after one exchange. Both stoves leaked gas. Repairman do not carry gaskets to replace the faulty ones because of 3rd party mishandling.

Control is pain . I have pay extra to get something better but more money doesn't always means better. Avoid it , don't buy, go with LG or simpler model. User manual is generic even doesn't have model number on it and doesn't tell you how to use the control

I bought this one year and a month ago, and the oven has not been working since the last two months. I have spent $250 on parts and it still not work. I recommend looking for a different stove.
