Purchased this Samsung twice thinking the first would’ve been a defect that was letting out carbon monoxide NOT purchase a second one that too was a defect releasing out carbon monoxide

I received our new stove yesterday and had to have the driver return it because it was damaged on the back side close to where the gas is to be connected.

Bubbled up stove up

Not happy at all!! The stovetop is not cleanable. I have tried degreaser, all purpose cleaner, glass cleaner and just soap and water. It’s even bubbled up. I just got it 2 1/2 months ago and I don’t want it I want to exchange it. Come on Best Buy do right by your customers

I ordered LG range since July and now we are in November. The LG range came damaged for 4 times. They Asked me to pick another one. I picked the Samsung and it came damaged too. Unbelievable.

Don’t waste your money

Was up sold this dishwasher at the store. It does not clean dishes well AT ALL. My glasses always have gunk in them and the 3rd row is completely useless. Nothing gets cleaned up there

Cheaply made for Samsung they should stick to TVs. The burners are all different, the flame too high on one and low on the back burners. No way to adjust. The so called wifi on it doesn't work. Never again back to LG for me.

Connected to power and would not turn on. Samsung support gave me the runaround and told me to call Bestbuy. Have been on the phone for more than an hour in total with no resolution yet.

Use a dedicated 120-volt, 60-Hz, 20-amp, AC electrical circuit with a time-delay fuse or circuit breaker for this range. Do not plug more than one appliance into this circuit.

I will not do business with Best Buy again, which considers it normal for the delivery team to come to the house to curse and fight the master working at home.

2 weeks in and the front burner is dead. For sucj a high promising brand and the price? Why such low quality?
