I canceled patients this afternoon to be home for delivery. I even received a text message saying i was the next stop and they’d arrive around 3:25pm. NOTHING. No one showed, no phone call explaining what happened. Now they are telling me I have to wait until Friday and that’s without someone to install it. I don’t get to have Thanksgiving because they dropped the ball. I would’ve hired a plumber to install it if given that option.

Do not recommend - heats unevenly

After 1.5 months of ownership I cannot recommend this stove at all. Stovetop cooks VERY unevenly. Center burner griddle plate is so big you can't put normal-sized pans on the burners so I have to leave it off all the time unless using. You can't center even a saucepan properly when the griddle is in place. Even when properly centered, food cooks way faster on one side of the burner/pan than the other no matter what pan I am using. If you bake more than 1 tray at a time (say, 2 muffin pans), one tray doesn't get done. I am so disappointed in this purchase. If stoves weren't massively on backorder I would have returned it.
