I love the features this stove has. I think the control panel push buttons are finicky, don’t always work the first time pushed. Knowing how how hard the black top is to keep clean is have preferred a stainless steel look. Black shows any crumbs or if you haven’t cooked in a few days and have pets dust and furs.

I'm very happy with my new range. I was concerned because some reviews said that the griddle did not get hot enough, but it has worked fine for me. I mostly use it to cook bacon and pancakes, and the medium setting of the burner is plenty hot. The griddle doesn't have a grease outlet and grease just pools in the groove around the outside of the griddle, which isn't very deep. It will hold the grease from two slices of bacon; any more and it overflows. It takes much care to empty the grease without spilling any.
The WiFi feature is pretty much useless; it's easier to just use the touchpad on the stove. I played with it once when I got the stove, and will probably never use it again.
My biggest complaint is that the display is the same blue color as a gas flame, and it reflects in the gloss black of the stovetop. I keep seeing what looks like a burner left on out of the corner of my eye, and have to check the stove to make sure it is off. How about a different color for the display? Green would be nice.
Burner controls have "Off" in the opposite direction from "Low". This confuses me and I frequently turn the knob to "Low" when I want to turn it off, then have to turn it all the way in the other direction.
My stove is placed such that one side is exposed. The grooves stamped in the side panel look like something has spilled and is running down the side of the stove. I keep trying to wipe it off. I suppose I'll eventually get used to it.
All the different modes for the oven are very nice and very useful, and I've already used them a lot. I especially like the "Air Fry" mode.
The manuals for the stove are very incomplete. In particular, the manual that explains how to use it doesn't say much at all. Most stoves have a manual with cooking instructions for various foods; this one doesn't say much at all.
The top burners are all different but are mostly for bigger pots. The one small-pot burner is nice though, small but relatively powerful, and it can be set very low for simmering.
The leveling feet for the stove have a lot of adjustment which is good for me because my floor is quite a bit out of level. It is very nice to have a level stove for a lot of reasons, and I strongly suggest that you level yours.
This is a big stove. Make sure you have space for it, and expect it to dominate the space where it is placed. It does fit easily in a 30"-wide space though.
I haven't used the self-clean feature, but am concerned about the instructions that say that the oven racks must be removed before running a cleaning cycle. Supposedly there is a coating on the racks that will get damaged if they are left in. This is very inconvenient and I'm sure I'll forget to remove them eventually. Why not make the racks able to withstand a cleaning cycle?

**Great Quality for the Price**
I'm very happy with the **Samsung 6.0 cu. ft. Freestanding Gas Range (Model NX60A6511SS)**. The build quality is solid, especially at this price point. The burners heat evenly and powerfully, making cooking fast and efficient. I also really like the added features like convection and no preheat air fry. They work well and are super convenient. Overall, a great value gas range with reliable performance and a sleek look.

Works great, is beautiful, I just find it a little difficult to lock. My daughter likes to climb on the bottom using the over door handles to climb. I wish there was a manual lock rather than the buttons that are a little difficult to use.

This is my second Samsung in 8 years. Had I a choice, I probably would not have brought a second one. A stove should last longer than 8 years. Samsung can only be repaired by a Samsung tech. Fortunate, there is now one in Bmt. Problem was the oven wouldn't light & the burner knobs were plastic & kept breaking. The tech tried his best to repair my old stove. After part replacements, it was determined that some wiring was at fault & the cost was too high & the length of time it would take to repair. This new range has some up grades, not all of which I care about, and seems to be better built. At least the knobs are all metal. My sales person was excellent, & I got the range cheaper than a box store which had the same modle on sale. So do your shopping. Its also suppose to be fingerprint resistant, but I dare not commit a crime. No manual is supplied w/the range, one has to go on line for instructions & even those are not clear, as I could not set the clock. Had to talk to a tech who was also not clear on how to set a clock. I pity the older generation, of which I am, if they don't have a computer. Its just too bad that LG & Samsung hold the market on home appliances. There isn't much to choose from. Sorry for the length of this, but I hope I made myself clear.

Beautiful stove and has a combo oven/ airfryer option. I did however order for delivery and installed, after i originally picked up at the store. When opened it appeared damaged and returned it. Iy was delivered the next time in good condition was told the installation was someone else whom never arrived. After 3days i installed myself. Works and looks amazing.

This stove is exactly what I was looking for. It looks great, has a roomy oven and the broiler is actually inside the oven and not below it, so easy to use.
I love the options especially bread proofing and dehydrator amazing! It works beautifully. Some of the features need a little getting used to but reading the book helps with that.
I would highly recommend this stove.

Wonderful product. We switched from an electric stove to a gas and it was the best purchase we’ve ever bought. Would recommend to anybody looking for a new appliance.

Air fry and convection features are great.
Would recommend this unit.

recently got this gas stove and so far, I'm really impressed. The variety of burner sizes is super handy, especially the middle burner—it's perfect for griddles or larger pots and adds a lot of flexibility when cooking. The oven heats up quickly (no more waiting forever!), and it even plays a little tune to let you know when it's ready, which I think is a fun touch.
I haven’t had a chance to try all the features yet, but everything I’ve used so far works smoothly. It’s also really easy to clean, which is a big plus in my book. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and looking forward to exploring more of what it can do!

We purchased this as an open box item. It was perfect and not missing anything. Just had to purchase a new gas line for the house. We love how easy it is to use this oven. It is easy to clean and maintain.

I was in the market for a new range because the brand new one that came with the house a year ago was not cutting the mustard. Stove top was fine, but the oven was always about 30 degrees under the desired temp after pre-heating. During cooking, the temp would vary between 30 degrees below and 20 degrees above the desired temp. Service stunk. Their view was that it was within factory specs, I just was not accustomed to high altitude cooking (not true) and i just needed to live with it. These temps were measured with a ChefAlarm, by Thermoworks, so with something good. I tell you this tale of woe only so you know where I'm coming from.
So I wanted a convection oven, in case the same problems as with my lemon range happened again. Choose this one because I like the various other features it has (air fry, proofing, dehydrating). I chose Best Buy because appliance store options here are not great and I liked the looks of the Total Tech Support. I was concerned about purchasing online a range I had never seen in person.
Online purchasing was a breeze! It automatically took into account that I had a Total Tech account and decreased delivery and install options appropriately. Scheduling delivery was easy. Installers knew what they were doing. I even got a call the next day from someone confirming that everything had been done.
Oh, the oven...I'm in heaven. I have not even tried the convection option because the regular bake works just fine! I do have to let some things cook maybe an extra 5 - 7 minutes, but that is no problem because the oven cooks consistently. Temps during cooking are ranging from 8 degrees below and 10 degrees above desired temp. When it signals that the preheat cycle is complete, the temp is about 20 degrees above the desired temp. That got me worried at first. But then I realized that after the preheat you are going to open the oven door, which lowers the temp! Stove top is fine.
Take that, Fr*dg***re!
