Created the most beautifully roasted Turkey we ever had this past Thanksgiving. Day to day use is wonderful. Two great cooks in the house getting used to convection cooking is fun and adventurous. All workings wonderful.

We have had our gas range for almost a month now and we have enjoyed using it every day. It is easy to use and the middle burner comes in handy. It looks really nice with our other appliances and the blue color in the oven is beautiful. The one negative is the black shows everything so be ready to clean it after every use! But that does not deter us from enjoying it.

Dinner is so much easier to cook with this new range. I can preset the temp while I'm at work and have my husband press the button so the oven is preheated by the time I get home...without the hassle

Beware, I had this range's oven start on its own during my absence from home, burnt all stored pots/pans, caused my house full of smoke and suit/dust everywhere. It was stopped by the time I came home and showed error C-21 (Device Malfunction, see picture). Samsung customer service is unresponsive.
Better to go for the established brands for each product type.

Brought it not even a year yet the display went out and Samsung customer service is the worst there’s no communication and no help at all. And also they have their own warranty system so even tho I got this from Best Buy and it’s not even a year yet. But for Samsung it already expired.
