    I cannot say for sure what this range is like as I have not received it yet. What I can say, is although we did get a nice store-matching price, the service has been subpar and irresponsible: our delivery date was changed without even asking us, only informing us on the day before our scheduled delivery; at which time mind you, we were expecting an email with the four-hour window. So, I called the Geek Squad and waited 15 minutes on hold, only to reach India with a connection that only allowed every fifth word to be transmitted. So, I had to call back - again. This time, the agent used the familiar, "I know how you feel" line to placate our displeasure, without even offering a genuine reason for abandoning our scheduled appointment. I asked for an explanation. However, instead of receiving a reasonable answer from a reasonable customer service agent, I received scripted lines that had little to no merit. We are fair people: if you were to call and say, "Hey, we ran into a scheduling conflict, could we reschedule you for..." We would surely understand and graciously reschedule our installation. But not a phone call, not a text message, only an email arriving on the day before the delivery, causing us not only to reschedule but take another day to sit around and wait, announced the change of dates.

    Great stove

    My wife really likes this stove. Different burners for different uses, and wifi connection for the oven. Heavy duty cook top is great for canning, especially with the oval center burner.

    I bought this stove right before thanksgiving. To make sure i had a oven to make dinner. Two days after delivery the control panel went out. Since it was the holiday i was limited what i can do. I had to personally take it to exchange it. It was horrible. Now 2 months later the control panel is out again and Samsung is giving every excuse not to fix it. Its my second stove in 2 months. Somethinh clearly is wrong with the control panels but they blame it on everything else.

    good range the key pad doesnt work most of the time but I can use my phone to get it to work

    Love my GAS range!!! Old one was old and nasty. I had to get a new one before the government bans the sale of gas ranges. Matches my refrigerator perfectly. Going to start looking at a matching microwave.

    The oven-top burners emit a high-pitched hum when the gas is turned on and the oven itself produces a loud buzzing sound after it has been baking for ten minutes or so. Everything works so far (though we've had the oven only a month), but the noises are irritating enough to make us concerned for what else might go wrong, especially since our Samsung dishwasher, bought at the same time, has worked poorly. Based on our experience, we wouldn't recommend Samsung appliances. We're returning both the oven and the dishwasher. *One positive: the center burner on the oven-top with the griddle that can be used with it. It works well for cooking pancakes and bacon.

    I love how fast it heats up and having the griddle burner is the best however the video said the air fryer rack was included and it was not. I'm not sure where I can find one.

    The stove is wonderful. Wife and kids are happy with how much faster they can cook and the greater control they have with gas. Wish I got it earlier.

    Smart features are great. however, I seems to have to sync it up with the correct time using my cell phone fairly often. It seems like it should be able to do that by directly querying an internet time source via WiFi and not needing me to login via my phone to manually sync the time again.

    Love my new stove and all options. Would have liked to had the display buttons lit. Also did not include the air fry basket, but got to purchase my own choice.

    Please do not buy. I purchased a bundle. The dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave. The appliances are not fingerprint or smudge proof. Every touch leaves a mark which means constant cleaning and polishing. Cleaning with a disinfectant wipe or soap and water smears, so you have to follow up with stainless steel polish. The rating was reduced further, because Samsung used cheap stickers to place their brand logo and after 2 months (3 days after the purchase is eligible to return) the A in Samsung wiped off while polishing. It's tacky and disappointing to have to search on Ebay for a replacement sticker on 4000 appliances! The positives are the dishwasher is actually quiet and works well. The stove cooks perfectly and is beautiful, and the fridge has lots of storage. The griddle attachment that comes with the stove scratched after the first clear (do not use any abrasive scrubbing pads). A cleaning service I use occasionally scratched it while cleaning. If they were cheaper I would be less upset, but it was too expensive of a purchase to have this issue and if you go on the Samsung website, people have this issue 6-18 months after purchase. It's a known issue and they have not addressed it. I regret my purchase.

    Bought end of July so far so good. The only issue was the internal temperature was way off and it took some time to test different calibration setting to get it accurate. I recommend buying an oven thermometer so you can determine the actual oven temp because chances are it’s not you think it is.
