I do have to say I'm not happy with the air fryer option. I had an air fryer and loved it. I bought this stove because it had an air fry option but does not preform the way a small countertop fryer does. I love that it has a double burner for big pots or pans.

You have one very bad apple in your system and that is your phone system I called several time trying to change my order as the one I ordered and you have pictured didn't fit. I finally was able to cancel this order and go to the store and buy the one I needed

My only qualm is that they don't actually include the air fryer tray with the stove even though it's advertised as an air fryer stove.

Terrible product.

When one of the burners on your cooktop is not working, but the others are, then you probably need service. There are a few exceptions to rule out first, so you don't waste a service visit on something simple.

Its interchangeable with a grill (that comes with it). I just wish the larger burners were in the rear of the stove instead of the front.

Took everything two weeks and over 7 calls for Best Buy two to send a new one. Terrible customer service. Other then that product now works great. No point of really having wifi on it if you still manually have to press start.
