Recieved my range on the 24th and my family began feeling dizzy, nauseated and sleepy. We began having slurred speech. Called Geek Squad and was told to contact the gas company. Luckily they came out within an hour. The gas rep indicted both connections were NOT connected correctly and we had a significant GAS LEAK! My mother is currently on hospice and on continual oxygen which could have been ignited at any moment. BestBuy has diffiently loss any further business ror installation items. Buyer BEWARE!

Good stove but oven stopped working the control panel went out and needs to be replaced.

Lethal alert sound

The alert sound on this range is crazy high, loud, and piercing. No lie, it’s lethal. I’m almost ready to return it. Apparently, no way to adjust.
The Smart App doesn’t seem worth adding another device to your home network and hack opp.
Otherwise, it’s a handsome appliance and cooks well. Lots of options.

Faulty Product - Bad Warranty

Six months after this stove was delivered it was showing an error code (C-F2). From my research this is common with Samsung stoves so BUYER BEWARE. At first, I was unplugging the breaker (per instructed by the stove) to restart the stove but after a couple of times doing that the code would come on and the oven hasn't worked since July. I called Samsung because the stove is under warranty...and get this - Samsung will pay for the part but not the $200 service fee. Imagine being sold a faulty product but you have to come out of pocket to get it fixed. I planned to replace all my appliances with Samsung products so that they match but now they'll be mismatched because Samsung will not see another dime from me.
