The air fryer doesn't work no matter what we try. The convection oven is ok. Any of the oven choices takes about 35-45 minutes to heat up to 350° which is seems like an excessively long time.

Dont get black

Plus when they "installed it" they just pushed it in and didnt level it.

The oven does not keep temperature, it never has from the day it was delivered. It's out of warranty. I should have contacted samsung while it was under warranty. I think samsung should do the right thing and fix this problem.
