    My experience was a nightmare as my install was not performed on day promised. Communication was horrible & confusing. Best Buy store employees have zero guidance therefore no accountability. Never a manager in sight & store is a mess. Trying to reach someone on the phone is a joke. Very disappointed in my experience. I will say that the final installer was very good & knowledgeable. Of course he was not Best Buy employee!

    I love the size of the oven!! I can’t wait to figure out how to use all of the functions of this range! The room really heats up when having just the stovetop on.

    THIS RANGE ALMOST STARTED MY HOUSE ON FIRE. While I was in the kitchen the range randomly brought up a C-F2 code ( I was not using it). Then I smelled electrical burn. When I took off the back panel I noticed that the control board chip was burnt. When I called Samsung they told me sorry its out of warranty and the part would be $150 to replace with no guarantee that it wont happen again. I have only had it 1.5 years. Others online have mentioned this same issue with this range in about the same time frame and got the same results. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY PRODUCTS FROM SAMSUNG ANYMORE.

    I bought this item open box and it was more damaged then I thought a good condition would be and it was missing pieces I’m kind of disappointed about that customer service was a good help though lt

    When you cook on the top of the stove The steam turns into water droplets and flows onto the control panel, making it work. This is a bad thing and must always be monitored and the steam should be kept away from it I hope I can change it .

      There is steam forming in the control panel occasionally due to the oven vent located under it.

      Please see page 16 under the "Oven vent/cooling vent" section of the manual for more details.

    Don’t buy, piece of crap Samsung gas range

    Huge disappointment!! Warranty ended in March 2025 and in May the control panel started going haywire. Oven starts automatically, numbers flash and beep, door locks, etc. called Samsung and was told it would be $200 just for someone to come out and the price would go up from there. I am still paying it! Unbelievable! Won’t buy another Samsung product ever again!!

    If there was an option for 0 star I would put it. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Horrible experience With deliver people who give Best Buy a bad Reputation. Had 3 bad inconveniences during delivery. 3xs!! 1st time delivery guys didn’t even try to hook up stove. 2nd time the stove was destroyed. Completely damaged and 3rd time they called they were on way when we were not home short notice and they left before 15 minutes Grace time they gave us and said they had just left which was all bull. Best buy do yourself a favor and find a better delivery company with more professional workers not lazy sloppy workers
