Thank you for purchasing a gas range from us. I understand how important this is for you and I apologize if the buttons are hard to push sometimes and one of the knobs inside is broken. Samsung always wanted to give you only satisfaction and never intended to cause any trouble. Some controls are only available when using (or not using) other functions. This is to protect the oven from excessive heat or children who may accidentally touch the oven.

The initial burn is really smelly so make sure to run the exhaust fan

I'm not really going to use the Wifi capability, but I love the top range, with the griddle. The flame is huge and cooks very evenly. The oven makes the best biscuits!
