Its been almost 60 days since I ordered this range as an open box, which I inspected in-store. Best Buy postponed the delivery twice and then brought the wrong item. After rejecting it, I was promised delivery a week later; this got rescheduled a day prior by Best Buy; then, on the day of delivery, after going out of my way to take a day off to have the delivery made, they cancelled without informing me, The day after an agent calls to amend, requests I need to pay a difference for a new one, I eventually accepted, got a payment link got busy, tried to access a bit later didn't work. I've called customer service at least 30 times since this issue started, I don't have a range, don't have my refund, and 30 days after they canceled themselves. In between, I have the best buy total and am still getting this much trashy service. Now I can't recommend the brand to order or whole heartedly make a delivery purchase here anymore. if it's not pickup don't waste your time and money it'll get lost, especially for large appliances.

Looks and all features are great but the first time I used the top stove, it showed a discolorations marks right away. I cleaned it to get rid of the marks but to no avail. :-(

After having the stove for 5 monthe my control board went out the came and replaced it and the second control board went out 4 months later. Over all i love the stove but the control boards in it are not the greatest
