Beautiful stove/range, looks lovely in my kitchen. Wife loves that fact that she can basically cook at 2 different temperatures, she also loves the fact that a griddle is apart of the unit. My only complaint is that we have 2 hour glass on the digital area of the stove that has been flashing since we got it and we cannot figure out how to get it off, it always say “END” of the screen and I am not sure if that is supposed to be. Otherwise, I would give a 6

I really love how beautifully designed this range is. It is loaded with so many features. The built in air fryer w/basket, really heats up quickly. The griddle is so convenient. You can cook immediately with out having to search for a pan.

Absolutely love my new stove, heats up super fast, can program my phone to set timers and know when the oven has been turned on, and best of all it’s a double oven. Very satisfied especially with my buying experience.

I've been using my stove in oven for a few weeks now. still getting used to the electric as I had gas before but I really like it, it cooks well it cooks quick and heats up quick I love how fast it preheats. seems to cook accurately. I think I made them right choice

I love the flex duo oven I’ve had it for 2 months and a half now. I’ve used it as two ovens and one whole oven. It’s very easy to use really works as two oven say your baking a lasagna and a cake no smells penetrate when using it as two ovens. I easily use the top as a toaster oven when needed and an air crater as well. Just so many options.

The stove is clearly the Best choice. 1st time to buy an appliance from BestBuy , but definitely not the last. The salesperson & the delivery guys all very professional, but friendly.

This stove work wonders and is very reliable and versatile if you can keep it maintained.

Love the double oven feature and the griddle on top is a bonus for a big morning breakfast

Excellent product, you will need to read the manual to understand many of the features because this is not a simple device. For example one knob operates three circular sizes of a heated space so you have to select one of three heat ranges on the knob to control which circle size you are using. The light button for oven is great but difficult to view items in very bottom section of the oven while cooking. When not using the whole oven check food early (less than recommended cooking times often). Baking settings also require reading the manual to understand how to set the cooking temp. Overall a super product and you will get spoiled if you use it very long....

I really like the ability to cook at differenr temperatures or to remove the center shelf to cool bigger items. Cant wait to try the dehydrator, air fryer works great! Little nervous about a glass cook top though. Be careful of your cook times, easy to burn youe food. If a pizza says 15 minutes check on it at about 11.

Works well as expected. My only concern was that it took a while to get the oven to burn off the smell.

So I love this new oven. I love the option of splitting the over space reducing heating costs and time and that's the real reason I bought it. The reason I give four stars instead of five is the griddle area and heating elements on the range. I'm not sure how useful it is or rather how much I will use it. I really wish I had two of the larger heating elements. I just think they could have made better use of the limited space on the range surface. Smart functions worked perfectly and were easy to set up. I wish you didn't need to remove the oven separator to use the air fry. Controls are a little confusing, but I'm sure after a while they will become second nature. Again, overall, four stars and would recommend this oven.

Love the look and ease of cleaning my new Samsung dual ovan. Still learning to use the convection part of the oven.

I can recommend Best Buy, the customer service was quite friendly and friendly. The sale rep was very informative and answer my question as directly and clearly as possible

Love the oven, air-fryer works well. Took a while to figure out how it works. Need to set bake type temperature click start then the press air-fryer mode will here beeps and the hot air will display on screen as shown on picture.

I love all the features on this. We use the air fryer at least 3 days a week. Used the small oven a couple times. Made a great pie. Used the grill for hamburgers. Cooked great but the grease got everywhere. The griddle is to narrow.

Amazing machine. Preheats quickly since you are only heating half the space. Cooks evenly. The griddle feature is so handy for Saturday morning pancakes. Controls have a nice solid feel to then. Will be taking this stove with us when we move for sure!

The stove heats fast and works well but the cooktop is very sensitive and has lasting damage after first time cooking a meal. Just regular cooking with new pans still resulted in burner scars the can’t be removed.

Samsung dual oven range is so functional in my kitchen! I love it!!

I love that I can fix a whole Thanksgiving dinner with two different temps all at once. Wish I could use the air fryer in just the top or bottom. Overall, we love this range!
